古代文物表面常見天然有機物的顯微共聚焦拉曼光譜研究

【摘要】:為了鑒別文物表面常見的天然有機物,采用顯微共聚焦拉曼光譜技術采集了古代常用的蛋白類、多糖類、脂肪酸類、樹脂類4類6種有代表性的天然有機物的拉曼光譜。通過對皮膠、桃膠、蜂蠟、棕櫚蠟、達瑪樹脂和琥珀標準樣品的拉曼光譜分析,發(fā)現蛋白類的特征振動峰位于1657cm-1、1305~1252cm-1、1033cm-1及1003cm-1附近;多糖類的特征振動峰位于1463cm-1、1328cm-1、1258cm-1、1088cm-1、977cm-1等;蠟類的特征振動峰位于1470~1350cm-1區(qū)間,1659cm-1、1303cm-1、1636 cm-1及1610cm-1;樹脂類的特征振動峰位于1660~1650cm-1區(qū)間和1460~1440cm-1區(qū)間。在對6種天然有機物光譜特征分析的基礎上,得出了使用拉曼光譜法可實現古代文物表面常見天然有機物種類鑒別的結論。
