山西博物院館藏青銅器的銹蝕產(chǎn)物分析

【摘要】:目的對山西博物院館藏大量珍貴青銅器的銹蝕情況進(jìn)行分析,為后續(xù)的保護(hù)修復(fù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)支持。方法選用21件山西省出土的館藏青銅器,通過超景深顯微鏡、偏光顯微鏡、拉曼光譜分析等手段,對青銅器物表面銹蝕物進(jìn)行綜合分析,確定有害銹蝕物。結(jié)果這批青銅器表面銹層結(jié)構(gòu)有5類,綠色銹蝕物主要為孔雀石、氯銅礦,其中氯銅礦為青銅器有害銹蝕的主要成分,少量綠色銹蝕物為斜氯銅礦、水膽礬,紅色銹蝕物為赤銅礦,藍(lán)色銹蝕物為藍(lán)銅礦。結(jié)論青銅器表面的孔雀石銹蝕物大多結(jié)構(gòu)致密,對青銅器本體無害,還可阻隔銅與空氣、水分等物質(zhì)的直接接觸,對器物具有一定的保護(hù)作用,可以保留。氯銅礦對青銅器的保存具有隱患,在修復(fù)中應(yīng)對其徹底清除。

[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the corrosion of a large number of precious bronzes in Shanxi Museum, and to provide scientific basis and data support for subsequent protection and repair. Methods 21 pieces of bronze ware unearthed in Shanxi Province were selected. The surface corrosion of bronze ware was comprehensively analyzed by means of overfield depth microscope, polarizing microscope and Raman spectrum analysis, and the harmful rust was determined. Results there were five types of rust layer structure on the surface of these bronzes. The green rust was mainly malachite and chlor copper, in which chlorine copper was the main component of harmful corrosion of bronze, a small amount of green rust was oblique chlorite, water gallbladder alum, red rust was chalcopyrite, and blue copper was blue copper. Conclusion most of the malachite rust corrosion on the surface of bronze ware is compact and harmless to the bronze body. It can also block the direct contact between copper and air, moisture and other substances, and has a certain protective effect and can be retained. Chlorine copper ore has hidden dangers in the preservation of bronze ware, and it should be completely eliminated in the repair.
