河南偃師二里頭遺址動物骨膠原的H、O穩(wěn)定同位素分析

【摘要】:考古遺址中人(動物)骨膠原的H、O穩(wěn)定同位素分析,是近些年來國際古食譜分析涌現(xiàn)的新研究方向,但我國在此方面尚無任何報道。本文對河南偃師二里頭遺址出土動物骨骼膠原蛋白中的δD和δ~(18)O值進(jìn)行測試分析,以期深入了解動物的飼養(yǎng)方式以及可能的遷徙活動。作為雜食類動物的豬,較食草類動物(鹿、黃牛和綿羊)具有稍高的δD值,這主要緣于δD沿營養(yǎng)級上升時產(chǎn)生的富集作用。在所有動物中,豬的分δ(18)O值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(0.3‰)最小,可能與先民對豬繁殖時間和宰殺年齡的嚴(yán)格控制密切相關(guān)。在食草類動物中,與野生動物鹿(δ(18)O平均值為9.1±0.7‰,n=5)相比,家養(yǎng)的黃牛(δ~(18)O平均值為10.4±0.4‰,n=5)和綿羊(δ~(18)O平均值為11.1±0.6‰,n=5)具有較高的δ~(18)O值,表明它們棲息于更為開闊的環(huán)境且食用了較多的C_4類植物(粟類農(nóng)作物的副產(chǎn)品)和植物纖維素。相對而言,綿羊較黃牛攝取了更多富含~(18)O的植物莖葉,從而使其δ~(18)O值高于黃牛。因新陳代謝方式及飲用水來源的差異,反芻動物(鹿、黃牛和綿羊)的δ~(18)O值普遍高于非反芻動物(豬,δ~(18)O平均值為7.3±0.3‰,n=11)。此外,4種動物均出現(xiàn)了具有迥異δD和δ~(18)O值的個體,表明他們很可能來源于外地,出于進(jìn)貢或交流的目的出現(xiàn)于二里頭遺址。

In this paper, the 未 D and 未 ~ (18) O values of skeletal collagen in animals unearthed from Erlitou site of Yanshi, Henan Province were tested and analyzed in order to understand the feeding mode and possible migration activities of animals.
