【摘要】：山東濟(jì)南魏家莊遺址出土鐵質(zhì)文物中含有大量有害氯離子,嚴(yán)重威脅著文物的安全。因此,脫鹽就成為該批鐵器保護(hù)的重點(diǎn),是阻止鐵器繼續(xù)腐蝕的重要保證。在經(jīng)一系列實(shí)驗(yàn)工作后,該批鐵器的脫鹽溶液采用0.005mol/L NaOH溶液,對(duì)于僅為鐵質(zhì)的容器類鐵器采用直接浸泡法,同時(shí)結(jié)合冷熱交替和超聲波法;對(duì)于帶有鞘的兵器類鐵器采用2%Primal AC33加固后再進(jìn)行脫鹽;對(duì)于帶有漆皮痕跡的鐵器也試用了紙漿脫鹽法。鐵器經(jīng)脫鹽后氯離子含量大大降低,脫鹽取得了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:The iron relics unearthed in Weijiazhuang, Jinan, Shandong province contain a large number of harmful chloride ions, which seriously threaten the safety of the relics. Therefore, desalination has become the focus of protection of this batch of ironware, and it is an important guarantee to prevent the corrosion of the ironware. After a series of experimental work, the desalination solution of this batch of ironware is 0.005mol/L NaOH solution, and the direct immersion method is used for the vessel iron-like vessel which is only iron, at the same time, combined with the alternation of cold and heat and ultrasonic wave method; 2%Primal AC33 was used to reinforce the weapon-like ironware with sheath and then desalination was carried out, and the pulp desalination method was also used for the ironware with lacquer skin trace. After desalination, the chloride ion content of the iron vessel decreased greatly, and the desalination effect was very good.
