【摘要】：現(xiàn)有的非遺話語(yǔ)常常將UNESCO框架下的非遺保護(hù)工程作為新生事物,與中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代以來對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的破壞相對(duì)照,以強(qiáng)調(diào)二者之間的差異性。本文則以河北涉縣媧皇宮及其女媧信仰為個(gè)案,梳理其自明、清、民國(guó)直至當(dāng)代的近400年本土非遺保護(hù)實(shí)踐的歷程,凸顯歷史上不同行動(dòng)主體在相關(guān)方面的長(zhǎng)期工作,認(rèn)為中國(guó)本土的非遺保護(hù)實(shí)踐有著漫長(zhǎng)的歷程,它為21世紀(jì)初UNESCO發(fā)動(dòng)的非遺保護(hù)工程在中國(guó)的順利開展提供了內(nèi)因,對(duì)后者的評(píng)價(jià),應(yīng)當(dāng)放置于本土非遺保護(hù)的整體歷史中加以關(guān)照;不同歷史階段的本土非遺保護(hù)實(shí)踐之間及其與UNESCO框架下的非遺保護(hù)工程之間存在著內(nèi)在的關(guān)聯(lián)性;中國(guó)本土淬煉出的非遺保護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),比如注重"內(nèi)價(jià)值"以及官民協(xié)作模式,為今天的非遺保護(hù)工程提供了有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The existing non-legacies discourse often regards the non-legacies protection project under the framework of UNESCO as a new thing and contrasts with the destruction of the traditional culture since the modern times in China in order to emphasize the difference between the two. Taking WA Royal Palace in Shixian County, Hebei Province, and its belief in Nu WA as an example, this paper combs its self-evident, Qing, Republic of China and contemporary history of the nearly 400 years of local non-legacy protection practice, highlighting the long-term work of different actors in the history in related aspects. It is considered that China's native conservation practice has a long process, which provides an internal reason for the smooth development of the non-legacies protection project launched by UNESCO in China at the beginning of the 21st century, and the evaluation of the latter, It should be taken care of in the whole history of native non-legacies protection; There is an inherent correlation between the local non-legacies protection practice in different historical stages and the non-legacies protection project under the framework of UNESCO. The experience of non-legacies protection in China, such as "internal value" and cooperation between government and people, provides a useful reference for today's non-legacies protection projects.
