【摘要】：最新刊布的《岳麓書院藏秦簡(jiǎn)(肆)》披露了三則有關(guān)秦《戍律》的新史料。這些新史料顯示,秦時(shí)即已存在"取庸代戍"之制。按此制之規(guī)定,秦在"取庸代戍"方面無爵位高低之限制,但對(duì)"庸代人者"和"取代者"的身體強(qiáng)弱和籍貫作了嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定。不僅如此,該批《戍律》簡(jiǎn)文還揭示了秦"戍者月更"及"君子守官"代役的制度。尤為重要的是,該批簡(jiǎn)牘第一次向世人展示了秦戍卒請(qǐng)假銷假制度的歷史真相。當(dāng)然,秦《戍律》亦對(duì)"繕治城塞"的人員構(gòu)成、簿籍制作、負(fù)責(zé)官吏的職責(zé)及其連帶責(zé)任等情況進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定。
[Abstract]:The newly published Qin slips in Yuelu College reveal three new historical materials about Qin garrison. These new historical materials show that the Qin Dynasty has already existed the system of "taking the vassal garrison". According to the regulations of this system, Qin had no limitation on the rank of title in the aspect of "taking the vassal garrison", but made strict regulations on the physical strength and place of origin of the "mediocre" and "superseer". Not only that, this batch of garrisons also revealed the Qin Dynasty "garrison month change" and "gentleman guard official" substitute service system. Especially important, this batch of slips showed the world for the first time the historical truth of Qin garrison's fake system. Of course, Qin garrison also made strict regulations on the personnel composition, book making, responsibility of officials and their joint and several liability, etc.
