【摘要】：南京大報(bào)恩寺遺址出土的宋代阿育王塔是目前國(guó)內(nèi)地宮出土的最大的阿育王塔,該塔的出土對(duì)研究我國(guó)佛文化的傳承體制、發(fā)展歷程等具有重大意義。為恢復(fù)嚴(yán)重干縮變形的阿育王塔檀香木胎的原有形貌,采用"活性堿"作為潤(rùn)脹復(fù)原劑,對(duì)干縮變形的木胎進(jìn)行了復(fù)原試驗(yàn)。采用X射線衍射儀、環(huán)境掃描電鏡對(duì)復(fù)原前后的木質(zhì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)活性堿處理后,檀香木試樣的結(jié)晶度由處理前的45.5%下降到處理后的38.7%,塌陷的木材細(xì)胞腔結(jié)構(gòu)得以重現(xiàn),變形的木材孔道結(jié)構(gòu)由近橢圓形變化為近圓形。在對(duì)一件干縮變形的阿育王塔相輪處理試驗(yàn)中,經(jīng)復(fù)原處理后相輪的經(jīng)向尺寸提高了1.33%、緯向尺寸提高了10.03%,復(fù)原后的相輪與收縮前出土?xí)r外觀尺寸相近。
[Abstract]:The Song Dynasty Asoka Tower unearthed from the ruins of the Great newspaper Ensi in Nanjing is the largest one unearthed in China at present. The unearthed tower is of great significance to the study of the inheritance system and development process of the Buddha culture in our country. In order to recover the original morphology of Ayowangta sandalwood tire with severe dry shrinkage deformation, the "active alkali" was used as the swelling restoring agent to restore the dry shrinkage deformed wood tire. X-ray diffractometer and environmental scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the wood structure before and after restoration. The results showed that the crystallinity of sandalwood sample decreased from 45. 5% before treatment to 38. 7% after treatment, and the collapsed lumen structure of wood was reappeared after active alkali treatment, and the crystallinity of the sample decreased from 45. 5% before treatment to 38. 7% after treatment. The deformed pore structure of wood changed from near ellipse to near circle. In the treatment test of a dry and deformed Ashowang tower phase wheel, the meridional dimension of the phase wheel was increased by 1.33 and the weft dimension was increased by 10.03, and the apparent size of the reconstructed phase wheel was similar to that of the unearthed phase wheel before shrinkage.
