【摘要】：徽州文書被學(xué)者們譽(yù)為是繼甲骨文、漢晉簡(jiǎn)牘、敦煌文書、明清內(nèi)閣大庫(kù)檔案之后,20世紀(jì)中國(guó)歷史文化的“第五大發(fā)現(xiàn)”,它的發(fā)現(xiàn)為學(xué)者提供了新的研究領(lǐng)域和思路,并直接促成了“徽學(xué)”這一學(xué)科的產(chǎn)生。祁門謝氏宗族自始遷祖謝詮于南唐末年遷入祁門,經(jīng)歷了宗族的形成、發(fā)展、興盛、衰敗的全過(guò)程,至今約有千余年的歷史,在生產(chǎn)生活、人際交往和社會(huì)活動(dòng)中產(chǎn)生了大量的文書并遺存至今,這是徽州文書的重要組成部分之一。本文以祁門謝氏宗族遺存文書為中心,采用文書與文獻(xiàn)研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)祁門謝氏宗族的形成、對(duì)外擴(kuò)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)生活、科第教育、社會(huì)關(guān)系等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,闡明了明清時(shí)期徽州社會(huì)變遷對(duì)祁門謝氏宗族的影響。 本文主要由引言和正文兩個(gè)部分組成。 引言部分,對(duì)論文的緣起、國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)徽州文書、徽州文書與經(jīng)濟(jì)、徽州文書與教育、徽州文書與宗族的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)本文所涉及的概念和研究范圍進(jìn)行了界定。 正文部分主要由五個(gè)章節(jié)構(gòu)成。一是對(duì)祁門謝氏宗族遺存文書進(jìn)行了梳理。根據(jù)目前發(fā)現(xiàn)的祁門謝氏文書,按照文書內(nèi)容,將其分為七類,另外對(duì)祁門謝氏文書的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了概括,并分析了祁門謝氏文書的遺存原因；二是從文書研究入手,探討了祁門謝氏宗族的形成和發(fā)展。根據(jù)祁門謝氏文書和有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,闡述了謝氏得姓的幾種源流,對(duì)祁門謝氏始遷祖謝詮的身份及家世進(jìn)行了考證,較為詳盡的分析研究了祁門謝氏宗族的形成、發(fā)展和向外擴(kuò)展,并試圖從中發(fā)現(xiàn)宗族發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律；三是從文書研究入手,分析了祁門謝氏宗族的教育情況。祁門謝氏非常重視宗族成員的教育,并為宗族成員接受教育創(chuàng)造了良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍和物質(zhì)條件,歷代以來(lái),祁門謝氏科第蟬聯(lián)、累世簪纓,為后世遺留了大量學(xué)術(shù)成果和物質(zhì)遺存；四是從文書研究入手,分析了祁門謝氏宗族財(cái)產(chǎn)收益的途徑。對(duì)祁門謝氏宗族的土地收益、經(jīng)商收益以及族產(chǎn)、祠產(chǎn)積累情況進(jìn)行了探討;五是從文書研究入手,分析了祁門謝氏宗族的社會(huì)關(guān)系。從祁門謝氏宗族的管理、承祧、互助和佃仆等制度,探討了該宗族的內(nèi)部關(guān)系；從祁門謝氏宗族對(duì)地方公益事業(yè)的支持和友鄰宗族的合作,探討了該宗族的社會(huì)地位；從國(guó)課、徭役等方面探討了祁門謝氏宗族與國(guó)家的關(guān)系。祁門謝氏宗族近千年的發(fā)展歷史是與中國(guó)古代社會(huì)緊密相連的,代表了徽州地區(qū)中小宗族的發(fā)展過(guò)程,它的發(fā)展與變遷是中國(guó)古代社會(huì)的發(fā)展與變遷在個(gè)體宗族中的具體表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Huizhou documents have been praised by scholars as "the fifth discovery" of Chinese history and culture in the 20th century after oracle bones, Han and Jin bamboo slips, Dunhuang documents, and the great archives of the cabinet of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Its discovery has provided scholars with new research fields and ideas. And directly contributed to the emergence of the subject "Huixue". From the beginning of the Qimen Xie clan moved to Qimen in the last year of the Southern Tang Dynasty, experienced the whole process of clan formation, development, prosperity and decline, and now has a history of more than a thousand years, which is in production and life. A large number of documents have been produced in interpersonal communication and social activities, which is one of the important components of Huizhou documents. In this paper, taking the documents of the Xie clan as the center, the paper makes a systematic analysis of the formation, external expansion, economic life, family education and social relations of the Xie clan in Qimen by the method of combining the documents with the literature research. This paper expounds the influence of the social changes of Huizhou on the Qimen Xie clan during the Ming and Qing dynasties. This paper is mainly composed of two parts: introduction and text. Introduction, the origin of the paper, domestic and foreign scholars on the Huizhou document, Huizhou document and economy, Huizhou document and education, Huizhou document and clan research status quo. At the same time, the concept and research scope of this paper are defined. The main body part consists of five chapters. First, the Qimen Xie clan legacy documents were combed. According to the Qimen Scheffer document found at present, according to the content of the instrument, it is divided into seven categories. In addition, the characteristics of the Qimen Scheffer document are summarized, and the reasons of Qimen Scheffer document are analyzed. Second, the paper discusses the formation and development of the Qimen Xie clan. According to Qimen Xie's documents and related documents, this paper expounds the origin and stream of Xie's surname, makes textual research on the identity and family origin of the ancestor Xie Xuan, and studies the formation of Qimen's Xie clan in detail. Development and outward expansion, and try to find out the basic laws of clan development; Thirdly, the paper analyzes the education of the Qimen Xie clan. Qimen Hsieh attached great importance to the education of the clan members and created a good learning atmosphere and material conditions for the clan members to receive education. A large number of academic achievements and material remains have been left behind for later generations. Fourth, from the study of documents, analysis of Qimen Xie clan property income. The paper probes into the land income, business income and the accumulation of clan property and ancestral property of the Xie clan in Qimen. Fifthly, it analyzes the social relations of the Qimen Xie clan from the study of documents. From the management of the Qimen Xie clan, the paper discusses the internal relationship of the Qimen Xie clan, the support of the Qimen family to the local public welfare cause and the cooperation of the friends and neighbors clan, and discusses the social status of the Qimen family. This paper discusses the relationship between the Qimen Xie clan and the state from the aspects of state class, corvee and so on. The development history of Qimen Xie clan in the past thousand years is closely related to the ancient Chinese society and represents the development process of the middle and small clan in Huizhou. Its development and change are the concrete manifestation of the development and change of the ancient Chinese society in the individual clan.
