【摘要】：為給紡織行業(yè)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)搶救性保護(hù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù),通過(guò)對(duì)考古發(fā)現(xiàn)宋代的絞經(jīng)花紗類(lèi)絲織品文物實(shí)物分析,按照織物組織結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)其進(jìn)行分類(lèi),結(jié)合《耕織圖》中的織機(jī)圖像推斷宋代絞經(jīng)花紗由裝有對(duì)偶式絞綜裝置的束綜提花機(jī)織制,進(jìn)而推斷生產(chǎn)絞經(jīng)花紗的具體織造工藝。對(duì)比宋今生產(chǎn)絞紗織物的織機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu),根據(jù)現(xiàn)代紗羅提花織機(jī)工作原理繪制宋代絞經(jīng)花紗的上機(jī)圖。將上機(jī)圖分為組織圖、絞綜穿綜及絞經(jīng)所穿平綜圖、地經(jīng)所穿平綜圖、絞綜紋板及絞經(jīng)所穿平綜紋板圖、地經(jīng)所穿平綜紋板圖5個(gè)部分,并設(shè)計(jì)矩陣形式表達(dá),建立起5個(gè)矩陣之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系。為古代絞經(jīng)織物與現(xiàn)代織機(jī)及CAD配合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:In order to provide the scientific basis for the salvage protection of the intangible cultural heritage of the textile industry, through the analysis of the cultural relics of the warp and warp yarns of the Song Dynasty, the paper classifies them according to the fabric structure. Based on the loom images in "Tillage Weaving Picture", it is inferred that the warp yarn of the Song Dynasty was woven by the twisting jacquard machine equipped with a pair of twisting machines, and the concrete weaving technology for producing the warp yarn was inferred. This paper compares the weaving mechanism of winch yarn production in Song Dynasty and draws the drawing of warp yarn in Song Dynasty according to the working principle of modern yarn jacquard loom. The machine plan is divided into five parts: one is the organization chart, the other is the one which is worn by the warp, and the one by the warp, and the other by the pattern of the ground warp, and the figure is expressed in the form of a matrix, which is divided into five parts: the map of the plane and the pattern of the slabs worn by the warp, and the figure of the plywood worn by the ground warp. The mathematical relations between five matrices are established. It provides a theoretical reference for the design of the matching system of ancient warping fabric with modern loom and CAD.
