【摘要】：正通過文書來治理國(guó)家是中華民族幾千年積累的偉大智慧之一,公文書確保了政令的暢通,私人契約有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)的和諧。在很大程度上,文書是否暢通,契約是否得到有效履行,體現(xiàn)出當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)家的治理水平,反映出社會(huì)和諧的程度。從唐代開始,中國(guó)的公私文書制度也深刻地影響到東亞的朝鮮、日本等國(guó)家,這些國(guó)家在吸收唐朝文書制度的同時(shí),也與本國(guó)實(shí)際相結(jié)合,形成相對(duì)獨(dú)特的發(fā)展模式。而唐代以后中國(guó)的公私文書制度也發(fā)生了巨大的變化。因此,從文書的層面去發(fā)現(xiàn)東亞三國(guó)制度與社會(huì)變遷特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而重
[Abstract]:It is one of the great wisdom accumulated by the Chinese nation for thousands of years to govern the country through documents. Official documents ensure the smooth flow of government orders and private contracts are conducive to the realization of social harmony. To a large extent, whether the documents are smooth or not, whether the contract is effectively carried out, reflects the level of governance of the country at that time, and reflects the degree of social harmony. Since the Tang Dynasty, China's public and private document system has also profoundly affected the East Asian countries, such as Korea, Japan, and other countries. These countries have absorbed the Tang Dynasty document system, but also combined with their own reality, forming a relatively unique development model. After the Tang Dynasty, great changes have taken place in the system of public and private documents in China. Therefore, we should find out the characteristics of the institutional and social changes of the three countries of East Asia from the aspect of documents, and then emphasize on it.
