唐韓休墓考古發(fā)掘現(xiàn)場霉菌污染物的采集與鑒定

【摘要】:由于溫濕度、光能、熱能、碳源、營養(yǎng)源等適宜條件的存在,在韓休墓墓室和甬道內(nèi)的壁畫幾度發(fā)生霉菌滋生現(xiàn)象。本研究通過現(xiàn)場采樣,經(jīng)典霉菌實驗技術(shù)方法對樣品進行霉菌培養(yǎng)、分離和純化,聯(lián)合使用掃描電鏡技術(shù)、顯微鑒定技術(shù)及分子鑒定技術(shù)對霉菌進行分析鑒定,共分離出分屬于青霉屬、曲霉屬、交鏈孢屬和鐮刀菌屬的霉菌12株,為有針對性地治理墓葬壁畫霉菌污染和做好考古現(xiàn)場霉菌早期防治工作提供了可參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Due to the existence of temperature and humidity, light energy, heat energy, carbon source, nutrient source and other suitable conditions, the murals in the tomb and corridor of Han Xiu tomb have several degrees of mildew breeding phenomenon. In this study, the samples were cultured, isolated and purified by field sampling and classical mold experiment. The fungi were analyzed and identified by scanning electron microscopy, microscopical identification and molecular identification. A total of 12 strains of fungi belonging to Penicillium, Aspergillus, Alternaria and Fusarium were isolated, which provided a reference basis for the targeted treatment of fungal contamination in tomb murals and for the early prevention and control of fungi in archaeological sites.
