【摘要】：正江西新干縣博物館有如此一塊木匾,此匾長170厘米,寬75厘米,厚2厘米,中間橫書"敕賜",豎向直書"天下清官第一",右側上方豎向直書"康熙四十三年甲申鴻歲",左側下方豎向直書"順天府宛平縣知縣王言立"(圖一)。據考證,康熙四十三年(1704年),康熙帝御駕親臨永定河巡視,河道總督奉召宣諭:"永定河官,天下清官第一。"夸王言才德超人,并升調他為順天府
[Abstract]:There is such a wooden plaque in the Xingan County Museum of Jiangxi Province. The plaque is 170cm long, 75cm wide and 2cm thick, with a horizontal middle book entitled "Chi", a vertical straight book "the first of the world's clean officials", and a vertical upper right side "43 years of Kangxi's 43 years of Jia Shen Hong". Below the left vertical book, Shuntianfu Wanping County, Wang Yanli (Fig. 1). According to textual research, Kangxi 43 (1704), Emperor Kangxi to patrol the Yongding River personally, the Governor of the river was called to declare: "Yongding River officials, the world's first clean officials."
