【摘要】：正溫州市圖書館通過歷史文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查,從民間人士手中復(fù)制不少契約文書,經(jīng)廈門大學(xué)歷史文獻(xiàn)中心整理并完成錄文工作。本文將對(duì)這批契約文書作簡(jiǎn)要介紹,以期引起學(xué)界關(guān)注。一、契約文書概況契約文書反映社會(huì)制度和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系。浙江地區(qū)的契約文書早已引起學(xué)界注意。楊國(guó)楨先生多年前曾在《明清土地契約文書研究》(人民出版社1988年)中對(duì)清代浙江田契和佃約作了介紹,并對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)仄跫s的經(jīng)濟(jì)內(nèi)容的整理提出希望。此后各地陸續(xù)出版了一些契約文書
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of historical documents, the library of Zhengzhou City copied a lot of contract documents from the hands of the folk, and finished the record by the Historical documents Center of Xiamen University. This article will make a brief introduction to this batch of contract documents, in order to arouse the academic attention. First, the general contract documents reflect the social system and social and economic relations. The contract document of Zhejiang area has already attracted the attention of the academic circles. Mr. Yang Guozhen introduced the land lease and tenancy contract of Zhejiang in Qing Dynasty in the study of Land contract documents of Ming and Qing dynasties (people's Publishing House 1988), and put forward hope for the arrangement of economic content of local contract. Since then, a number of contractual documents have been published around the country.
