陜西泉護(hù)村古代黃牛的分子考古研究

【摘要】:我們對陜西泉護(hù)村遺址出土的距今3000年左右的8個(gè)黃牛遺骸進(jìn)行了線粒體DNA分析,成功地獲得了5個(gè)古代黃牛序列。泉護(hù)村黃牛由T3和T4世系組成,其中T3世系占統(tǒng)治地位(80%)。中介網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析,泉護(hù)村黃牛與5個(gè)北方早期青銅時(shí)代遺址古代黃牛密切相關(guān),極有可能來自上述地區(qū)。此外,主成分分析表明泉護(hù)村黃牛與現(xiàn)代中國北方組黃牛的遺傳關(guān)系最近,遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)連續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:The mitochondrial DNA analysis of 8 yellow cattle remains unearthed from Guanhucun ruins in Shaanxi Province was carried out, and five ancient yellow cattle sequences were successfully obtained. Quanhucun cattle are composed of T 3 and T 4 lineages, of which T 3 lineage is dominant (80%). According to the analysis of intermediary network, Quan Hucun Yellow cattle are closely related to the five early Bronze Age sites in North China, and are probably from the above areas. In addition, the principal component analysis showed that the genetic relationship between Quan Hucun cattle and modern northern Chinese cattle was the most recent, and the genetic structure showed continuity.
