【摘要】：文章研究中大圖書館藏徽州分家書,討論徽州地區(qū)分家的一般原因、分家原則和分家形式。徽州地區(qū)一般因父母年事已高、家庭不和、子女婚嫁出繼等分家;建立了易于操作的分家程序——拈鬮為定;遵循諸子平分、雖分猶合、按房分家原則;多采用一次性分完父輩財(cái)物的分家形式。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the general reasons, principles and forms of separation of families in Huizhou. Huizhou area generally because the parents are old, family discord, children married out of the family, and so on; set up an easy to operate the separation procedures-cast lots for the decision; follow the equal distribution of all, although the division of the same, according to the principle of separation of houses; More use a one-time division of the father's property form of separation.
