高度腐蝕礦化出土鐵器的保護(hù)修復(fù)——以濟(jì)南魏家莊出土鐵釜的保護(hù)修復(fù)為例

【摘要】:本文通過對(duì)山東魏家莊遺址出土的一件腐蝕礦化且破碎非常嚴(yán)重的鐵釜的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀的全面評(píng)估調(diào)查,在科學(xué)分析檢測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)其病害特征、病害原因和保護(hù)修復(fù)方法進(jìn)行了深入的科學(xué)分析,同時(shí)研究制定了針對(duì)高度腐蝕礦化且破碎嚴(yán)重鐵器相應(yīng)的保護(hù)修復(fù)方案,并實(shí)施了科學(xué)規(guī)范的保護(hù)修復(fù)工作,最終恢復(fù)了其原本應(yīng)有的外觀,基本恢復(fù)了高度腐蝕礦化且破碎鐵釜的完整形態(tài),增強(qiáng)了鐵釜的穩(wěn)定性。使其達(dá)到了一種安全穩(wěn)定且可供考古學(xué)研究和陳列展覽的良好狀態(tài),從中探索出一種針對(duì)高度腐蝕礦化且破碎的鐵器進(jìn)行保護(hù)修復(fù)的可行方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive evaluation and investigation of the protection status of a corroded and mineralized iron cauldron unearthed from Weijiazhuang site in Shandong Province, and based on the scientific analysis and detection, this paper aims at the characteristics of its disease. The cause of the disease and the methods of protection and restoration were analyzed in depth. At the same time, the corresponding protection and restoration schemes for the highly corroded and mineralized and broken iron appliances were studied, and the scientific standard protection and restoration work was carried out. Finally, the appearance of the autoclave was restored, the high corrosion mineralization and the intact form of the broken iron kettle were restored, and the stability of the iron kettle was enhanced. It is safe and stable and can be used for archaeological research and exhibition. A feasible method for the protection and restoration of highly corroded mineralized and broken iron vessels has been explored.
