【摘要】：2016年12月17日,住建部提出將采取搶救性措施遏制傳統(tǒng)村落衰敗趨勢(shì)。被譽(yù)為“中國鄉(xiāng)土文化的史書庫”的楠溪江傳統(tǒng)村落是我國優(yōu)秀的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)。楠溪江傳統(tǒng)村落文化底蘊(yùn)深厚,具有獨(dú)特的文化特色,極具保護(hù)和開發(fā)的價(jià)值。本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和田野工作法對(duì)當(dāng)前楠溪江傳統(tǒng)村落的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入研究,以理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,提出了保護(hù)和開發(fā)楠溪江傳統(tǒng)村落的具體策略。筆者從制度、理念和具體途徑三個(gè)方面提出了保護(hù)和開發(fā)楠溪江傳統(tǒng)村落的策略,即應(yīng)盡快建立系統(tǒng)的楠溪江傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)機(jī)制;樹立慎始、保護(hù)先行和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的傳統(tǒng)村落開發(fā)理念;立足楠溪江傳統(tǒng)村落的特色文化底蘊(yùn),打造特色文化休閑游等。本文特別指出了當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕滋N(yùn)是傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)和開發(fā)的重中之重。
[Abstract]:On December 17, 2016, the Ministry of Housing and Construction said it would take rescue measures to curb the decline of traditional villages. The traditional village of Nanxi River, known as "the historical library of Chinese local culture", is an outstanding historical and cultural heritage of our country. Nanxi River traditional village culture has profound, unique cultural characteristics, extremely protective and development value. The present situation and existing problems of the traditional villages in Nanxi River are deeply studied by the methods of literature research and field work. The concrete strategies for protecting and developing the traditional villages in Nanxi River are put forward by combining theory with practice. The author puts forward the strategies of protecting and developing Nanxijiang traditional villages from three aspects of system, idea and concrete ways, that is, establishing a systematic protection mechanism of Nanxijiang traditional villages as soon as possible, setting up careful start, The traditional village development concept of protection first and sustainable development, based on the characteristics of Nanxijiang traditional village culture, to create special cultural leisure tour. This paper points out that local culture is the most important part of the protection and development of traditional villages.
