【摘要】：歷史文化街區(qū)是一種能夠傳承歷史文脈、留住城市記憶的活態(tài)文化遺產(chǎn),是一個城市物質(zhì)文化和精神文化的載體,不僅包括靜的建筑物、構(gòu)筑物等實體形態(tài),還包括其所蘊含的歷史文化底蘊,是城市獨特的文化符號。作為文化遺產(chǎn),如何實現(xiàn)歷史傳承與時代發(fā)展的銜接,如何在傳承發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)文化的同時繼續(xù)保持生機與活動,這是目前亟須解決的問題。本文以南昌市萬壽宮歷史文化街區(qū)為例,通過對萬壽宮歷史文化街區(qū)的具體研究,來闡述通過現(xiàn)代人文旅游開發(fā)的形式,以達到使古老的萬壽宮文化街區(qū)在現(xiàn)代化的都市生活中依舊煥發(fā)出新的生息的歷史使命。萬壽宮歷史文化街區(qū)位于現(xiàn)在南昌市西南隅,毗鄰南昌市商業(yè)中心中山路,是全市少數(shù)完整保存了其歷史文化的歷史街區(qū)。對萬壽宮歷史文化街區(qū)的科學(xué)保護與開發(fā),可有效推動南昌以歷史文化為主題的旅游經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,對于南昌市的人居環(huán)境的改善,城市發(fā)展品味的提升具有重要的意義,有利于打造南昌新的“核心增長極”,將為南昌市西湖區(qū)爭得應(yīng)有地位、實現(xiàn)華麗轉(zhuǎn)身做出貢獻。本文在界定歷史文化街區(qū)及其相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,深入剖析了我國現(xiàn)有具有悠久歷史的文化街區(qū)旅游資源保護與開發(fā)的基本特點、原則、條件等情況,對目前南昌市萬壽宮歷史文化街區(qū)的旅游資源保護與開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀,及所存在的突出問題進行全方位的探析,同時借鑒國內(nèi)外對相似文化街區(qū)旅游資源開發(fā)與保護的成功經(jīng)驗,提出了優(yōu)化開發(fā)管理模式、設(shè)計鮮明主題形象、開發(fā)特色旅游產(chǎn)品、挖掘傳統(tǒng)飲食內(nèi)涵、完善配套基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、創(chuàng)新資金運作模式等建議,推動具有悠久歷史、并集文化,商業(yè),社會功能于一體的萬壽宮歷史文化街區(qū)旅游資源的有效開發(fā)和完善,促進古老文化與現(xiàn)代文明的進一步融合。
[Abstract]:The historical and cultural district is a kind of living cultural heritage which can inherit the historical context and retain the urban memory. It is a carrier of the material culture and spiritual culture of the city, including not only the static buildings, structures and other physical forms. It also contains the historical and cultural background, which is the unique cultural symbol of the city. As a cultural heritage, how to realize the link between the historical heritage and the development of the times, and how to maintain the vitality and activities while inheriting and developing the traditional culture, is an urgent problem to be solved at present. This paper takes the historic and cultural district of Wanshou Palace in Nanchang as an example, through the concrete research on the historic and cultural district of Wanshou Palace, to expound the form of developing modern humanistic tourism. In order to achieve the ancient longevity palace cultural district in modern urban life still radiate a new historical mission. The historic and cultural district is located in the southwest corner of Nanchang City, adjacent to Zhongshan Road, the commercial center of Nanchang City. The scientific protection and development of the historic and cultural district of the Wanshou Palace can effectively promote the development of the tourism economy in Nanchang with the theme of history and culture. It is of great significance for the improvement of the human settlements environment and the promotion of the urban development taste in Nanchang. It will help to create a new "core growth pole" in Nanchang, and will make contributions to the achievement of magnificent turn around in the Xichang Lake region of Nanchang City. On the basis of defining historical and cultural blocks and their related theoretical research, this paper deeply analyzes the basic characteristics, principles and conditions of the protection and development of tourism resources in the existing cultural blocks with a long history in our country. This paper probes into the present situation of the protection and development of tourism resources in the historic and cultural district of Manshou Palace in Nanchang City, as well as the outstanding problems, and at the same time draws lessons from the successful experience in the development and protection of tourism resources in similar cultural blocks at home and abroad. Some suggestions are put forward, such as optimizing the development management mode, designing the vivid theme image, developing characteristic tourism products, excavating the connotation of traditional diet, perfecting the supporting infrastructure, innovating the operation mode of funds, etc., so as to promote the integration of culture and commerce with a long history. The effective development and perfection of tourism resources in the historic and cultural district of the longevity palace, which has a social function in one, promotes the further integration of ancient culture and modern civilization.
