【摘要】：從解讀岳麓秦簡《奔警律》的內(nèi)容入手,著重對(duì)這條秦律中所出現(xiàn)的"奔警"和與"奔警"相關(guān)的一些語詞進(jìn)行了類比分析,同時(shí),對(duì)秦代奔警的人員、奔警的方式等問題展開了分析和討論。
[Abstract]:Starting with the interpretation of the contents of Yuelu Qin Bamboo slips, this paper puts emphasis on the analogical analysis of the "running for the police" and some words related to the "running to the police" in this law. At the same time, it also makes an analogical analysis on the personnel of the Qin Dynasty who run for the police. Analysis and discussion are carried out on the ways of running the police.
