【摘要】： 民國(guó)建筑是蘇州市發(fā)展不可或缺的一頁(yè),它作為蘇州歷史變遷最為真實(shí)的見證之一,真實(shí)的記錄著蘇州城市變化發(fā)展的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴。民國(guó)時(shí)期的建筑風(fēng)格多樣,內(nèi)容龐雜,有著重要的歷史文化與藝術(shù)價(jià)值。 本文選取的正是蘇州民國(guó)建筑中民居建筑這一最普遍的類型,將其中比較典型的實(shí)例作為研究對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)地展現(xiàn)這些近代建筑的歷史文化信息,為保護(hù)和利用提供依據(jù)。選取民居建筑作為研究對(duì)象,其意義在于以下三個(gè)方面:(1)民居建筑是蘇州民國(guó)建筑發(fā)展中具有代表性的類型;(2)民居建筑體現(xiàn)了蘇州民國(guó)建筑中有地方特色的裝飾形式;(3)民居建筑在民國(guó)時(shí)期的蘇州具有特殊的建筑和歷史價(jià)值。 本文通過(guò)閱讀第一手資料和實(shí)地考察,分析民國(guó)時(shí)期蘇州的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)民居建筑的影響;從建筑的藝術(shù)方面入手對(duì)這一時(shí)期的建筑進(jìn)行分類,歸納;將蘇州的民國(guó)民居建筑與同時(shí)期的不同城市的民國(guó)民居進(jìn)行比較進(jìn)而總結(jié)特征和規(guī)律性;最后對(duì)蘇州現(xiàn)存民國(guó)民居的保護(hù)和利用提出自己的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The architecture of the Republic of China is an indispensable page for the development of Suzhou. As one of the most real witnesses of Suzhou's historical changes, it truly records the changes and development of Suzhou's cities. The architectural styles and contents of the Republic of China period are various and have important historical culture and artistic value. This paper selects the residential buildings in the Republic of Suzhou as the most common type, takes the typical examples as the research object, systematically displays the historical and cultural information of these modern buildings, and provides the basis for the protection and utilization. Choose residential buildings as the research object, Its significance lies in the following three aspects: (1) the residential architecture is the representative type in the development of the Republic of Suzhou architecture; (2) the residential architecture embodies the decorative form with local characteristics in the Republic of Suzhou architecture; (3) the residential buildings in the period of the Republic of China. Suzhou has special architectural and historical value. This paper analyzes the economic and social development of Suzhou in the period of the Republic of China, analyzes the influence of the economic and social development of Suzhou on the residential buildings, classifies and summarizes the architecture of this period from the aspect of architectural art. This paper compares the residential buildings of the Republic of China in Suzhou with those of different cities in the same period and sums up the characteristics and regularity. Finally, the author puts forward his own views on the protection and utilization of the existing houses of the Republic of China in Suzhou.
