【摘要】：為探討溫、濕度變化對皮質(zhì)文物的影響,以內(nèi)蒙古博物院及呼倫貝爾民族博物館藏皮質(zhì)文物為主要調(diào)查對象,對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)皮質(zhì)文物常見的病害種類進行調(diào)查,參照已頒布執(zhí)行的館藏絲織品病害與圖示(WW/T 0013-2008)等相關(guān)的國家行業(yè)標準有關(guān)病害現(xiàn)象的規(guī)范描述,對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)皮質(zhì)文物出現(xiàn)的病害現(xiàn)象進行歸類和說明。同時利用濕熱老化試驗,對采集的皮質(zhì)樣品進行老化前后撕裂力、抗張強度、負荷伸長率等理化性能數(shù)據(jù)的研究,對溫、濕度變化給不同鞣制工藝皮質(zhì)樣品所造成影響進行分析,并以此來研究皮質(zhì)文物的劣化原因。研究結(jié)果表明,濕度變化是造成皮質(zhì)文物劣化的主要因素,且對不同鞣制工藝皮質(zhì)文物理化性能的影響有明顯差異。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of temperature and humidity on the cortical relics, the common diseases of the cortical relics in Inner Mongolia were investigated by taking the cortical relics in Inner Mongolia Museum and Hulunbeir National Museum as the main objects of investigation. Referring to the standard description of diseases related to the national industry standards such as WW/T 0013-2008, the disease phenomena of the cortical cultural relics in Inner Mongolia are classified and explained. At the same time, the physical and chemical properties such as tear force, tensile strength, load elongation and so on were studied on the cortical samples before and after aging by hygrothermal aging test. The effect of humidity change on the cortical samples of different tanning processes was analyzed, and the causes of deterioration of cortical relics were studied. The results showed that the change of humidity was the main factor that caused the deterioration of cortical relics, and there were obvious differences in the physical and chemical properties of the cortical relics with different tanning processes.
