清華簡《芮良夫毖》學(xué)術(shù)價值新論

【摘要】：《芮良夫毖》中的"圣人"特指有威權(quán)的諸侯大臣,"彼人"指周厲王,"君子"指普通卿大夫,"君"、"元君"指世族伯長,諸詞匯的使用均具早期特點,非戰(zhàn)國時之泛稱。竹書"和德定刑"的提法與西周早期"明德慎刑"觀念一脈相承,且其散韻結(jié)合、"詩""書"合體的文體特點反映了部分"詩"類作品的早期傳述狀態(tài)。竹書當(dāng)作于西周晚期厲王出奔之后,共和行政之前。學(xué)界針對楚簡"詩"類文獻所提出的"戰(zhàn)國虛構(gòu)說"尚可商榷。竹書主旨直斥周厲王已無資格為王,主張征召有威權(quán)的諸侯伯長入主朝政,實為"共和行政"張本。竹書反映了西周晚期世族勢力勃興,家臣制度完善,世族之間矛盾叢生的歷史情實,同時反映了西周晚期王權(quán)觀念的重大改變。
[Abstract]:The "sage" in "Ruiliangfu" refers to an authoritarian monarch, "that man" means Zhou Li-wang, "gentleman" means an ordinary doctor, "monarch", "Yuan Jun" refers to the chief of the family, and the use of the words has its early characteristics, which is not commonly known in the warring States period. The formulation of bamboo book "he de fixed punishment" is inherited from the concept of "Ming de Shen Xing" in the early Western Zhou Dynasty, and its scattered rhyme is combined. The stylistic features of the "poem" book reflect the early state of transmission of some "poem" works. Bamboo book as the late Western Zhou Dynasty after the run of the King, before the Republican administration. According to the literature of Chu bamboo slips, the fictional theory of warring States period can be discussed. The main purpose of the bamboo book is that Zhou Liwang is no longer qualified to be king, and advocates that the feudal princes with authoritarianism should be conscripted into the ruling government, which is in fact "Republican administration" Zhang Ben. The bamboo book reflects the historical reality of the flourishing of the clan forces in the late Western Zhou Dynasty, the consummation of the system of the family ministers and the numerous contradictions between the families and tribes, as well as the great change of the concept of Wang Quan in the latter part of the Western Zhou Dynasty.
