【摘要】：五一廣場東漢簡牘中有許多"任"、"保任"的記載,大多指訴訟或執(zhí)行過程中對嫌疑人及罪犯的擔(dān)保,主要擔(dān)保其不逃亡或繼續(xù)犯罪。擔(dān)保人通常需要出具書面保證。相關(guān)記載對解決以往有關(guān)"五任"及"無任"的討論頗有幫助。
[Abstract]:There are many records of "Ren" and "Bao Ren" in the bamboo slips of the Eastern Han Dynasty in May first Square, mostly referring to the guarantee of suspects and criminals in the course of litigation or execution, which mainly guarantees that they will not escape or continue to commit crimes. The guarantor usually needs to issue a written guarantee. Relevant records are helpful in resolving past discussions on five terms and non-appointment.
