【摘要】：正目前,用于文物表面清洗的多糖類水凝膠一般為固體塊狀或呈半固態(tài),敷于待清洗區(qū)域,使得有效的活性組分發(fā)揮清洗效果。本研究通過將預(yù)成型的瓊脂凝膠磨碎成可以刷在文物表面上的微小顆粒,用于文物的表面清潔。瓊脂提取自海藻,可用作增稠劑,在食品工業(yè)中有廣泛應(yīng)用。瓊脂的凝固點(diǎn)和熔點(diǎn)溫度不同,熔點(diǎn)約85~90℃。本研究通過實(shí)驗(yàn)論證了一種可用于水敏性文物表面清洗的簡便方法,創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于將瓊脂凝膠磨碎后的小顆粒刷于污面處的處理方式。
