【摘要】：秦簡中出現(xiàn)的吏仆與吏養(yǎng)分別指駕車和炊事人員,其來源主要是徒隸,偶有戍卒,但有特殊技能的工匠不能擔(dān)任吏仆。吏仆歸屬倉管理,負(fù)責(zé)其口糧供給,分配任務(wù)。各行政機(jī)構(gòu)配置以人員數(shù)量配備數(shù)額不等的吏仆。國家對(duì)仆、養(yǎng)的控制,是通過廩衣食等制度來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。漢代吏仆的工作轉(zhuǎn)移給政府中的少吏和出使者招募的隨從。
[Abstract]:The appearance of official servants and clerks in Qin bamboo slips respectively refers to driving and cooking personnel, whose source is mainly Tu Li, occasionally garrison, but the craftsmen with special skills can not serve as official servants. Officials and servants to the warehouse management, responsible for its rations supply, distribution of tasks. Administrative organs are staffed with officials and servants with varying numbers of personnel. The state's control over servants and maintenance is realized through such systems as grain, clothing, food and so on. The work of official servants in the Han Dynasty was transferred to young officials in the government and entourage recruited by emissaries.
