【摘要】：正清代自開國到道光年間(1644—1820)基本上沿用銀兩制和銅錢制相輔而行的貨幣制度,以白銀為主,銅錢只作零星支付。銅錢由政府鑄造,不得私鑄私毀;銀錠則由民間自由鑄造和熔化,政府并不干預(yù)。晚清以來,由于貿(mào)易逆差以及賠款等原因,白銀大量外流,發(fā)生了通貨緊縮現(xiàn)象。光緒十年十一月(1885年11月),吉林將軍希元等奏請"仿照制錢式樣,鑄造銀錢,以濟(jì)現(xiàn)錢之缺",十多天后軍機(jī)大臣奉上諭,批
[Abstract]:From the founding of the Qing Dynasty to the period of Daoguang (1644-1820), the two systems of silver and copper money were used to complement the monetary system, mainly silver, copper money for sporadic payment.
