【摘要】：居延漢簡中的戍卒與田卒簡,是研究漢代兵役制度的重要資料,以往研究將戍卒與田卒作為一類兵卒進行研究,不利于系統(tǒng)把握漢代戍邊與屯田的意義,不利于對漢代兵役制度的全面認識。通過對居延漢簡中的戍卒簡與田卒簡的全面梳理,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),田卒不屬于戍卒,而是獨立于戍卒之外的另一卒種。將戍卒與田卒分別進行研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),服役于張掖郡的戍卒與田卒在來源地上有一定的區(qū)別,戍卒與田卒的職責、戍卒與田卒的管理以及居延漢簡中戍卒與田卒簡的文書性質(zhì),都存在差別。通過對戍卒與田卒的服役問題進行深入的探討,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)漢代兵役制度的一些特點。戍、田卒的來源地與其赴役地點之間存在對應(yīng)關(guān)系,某年某地戍卒赴何地服役,是漢代政府在綜合各種因素后,對戍卒、田卒進行的分配,有完整的運行機制,且有規(guī)律可循。戍、田卒或?qū)嵭心甓榷ㄆ谳喐贫?內(nèi)郡戍、田卒赴邊郡服役,遵從就近服役的原則。在戍邊的戍、田卒中,除國家規(guī)定的正卒外,還存在以“庸”的形式出現(xiàn)的募卒以及謫戍現(xiàn)象。另外,戍卒與田卒的服役期限也是漢代兵役制度的重要問題,值得思考。
[Abstract]:The garrison pawns and the field pawns in Juyan Han Bamboo slips are important materials for the study of the military service system in the Han Dynasty. In the past, the garrison soldiers and the field pawns were regarded as a kind of soldiers' pawns, which was not conducive to the systematic understanding of the significance of garrisoning the border and opening up the fields in the Han Dynasty. It is unfavorable to the comprehensive understanding of the military service system in the Han Dynasty. It is found that the pawn is not a garrison pawn, but independent of the garrison pawn. A separate study of the garrison and the field apoplexy shows that there is a certain difference between the garrison and the field guard serving in Zhangye County, and the duties of the garrison and the field apoplexy. There are differences between the management of garrison pawns and that of field pawns, as well as the nature of documents between garrison pawns and field pawns in Juyan Han Bamboo slips. Some characteristics of the military service system in Han Dynasty can be found through the deep discussion on the military service of garrison pawns and field pawns. There is a corresponding relationship between the origin of the garrison and the place where it goes to serve. It is the Han government, after synthesizing all kinds of factors, that there is a complete operating mechanism and a regular pattern for the distribution of the garrison and the apoplexy.
