【摘要】：大遺址是中華文明的典型代表,承載著豐富的歷史文化信息。大遺址不僅具有巨大的歷史價(jià)值、科學(xué)價(jià)值和藝術(shù)價(jià)值,同時(shí)也在社會(huì)文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)、宗教等方面具有重大價(jià)值。大遺址的有效保護(hù)和合理利用對(duì)遺址所在地社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展等方面有巨大的推動(dòng)作用。隨著城市化的推進(jìn),大遺址面臨自然侵蝕和城市化的雙重威脅,如何平衡城市發(fā)展和大遺址保護(hù)的關(guān)系,如何平衡大遺址保護(hù)和文物資源開發(fā)利用的關(guān)系是文物保護(hù)部門和所在地政府面臨的共同難題。本文主要分為四部分對(duì)牛河梁遺址的保護(hù)利用進(jìn)行研究。第一,確定選題后,大量查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)材料進(jìn)行分類整理,篩選有效信息。第二,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查、訪談等手段搜集資料,歸納總結(jié)牛河梁遺址保護(hù)利用現(xiàn)狀,找出朝陽(yáng)市在牛河梁遺址保護(hù)利用上存在的問題,并分析產(chǎn)生原因。第三,通過對(duì)大明宮遺址、良渚遺址、金沙遺址等成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的分析,結(jié)合朝陽(yáng)市實(shí)際探索適合牛河梁遺址的模式,提出牛河梁考古遺址公園的方案構(gòu)想。第四,提出牛河梁考古遺址公園實(shí)施方案在制度上、經(jīng)濟(jì)上和執(zhí)行上的保障措施。針對(duì)牛河梁遺址保護(hù)利用的研究,旨在為朝陽(yáng)市大遺址建設(shè),文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供參考,也為朝陽(yáng)市提倡的“大文化大生態(tài)”和“四大文化”建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。
[Abstract]:Great ruins are typical representatives of Chinese civilization, bearing rich historical and cultural information. The great ruins not only have great historical value, scientific value and artistic value, but also have great value in social culture, economy, ecology, religion and so on. The effective protection and rational utilization of the great ruins play a great role in the social, economic and cultural development of the sites. With the development of urbanization, great ruins face the double threat of natural erosion and urbanization. How to balance the relationship between urban development and protection of large sites? How to balance the relationship between the protection of large sites and the exploitation and utilization of cultural relic resources is a common problem faced by the department of cultural relic protection and the local government. This paper is divided into four parts to study the protection and utilization of Niuheliang site. First, after selecting the topic, consult the domestic and foreign literature, sort the materials and sift out the valid information. Second, through field investigation, interviews and other means to collect data, summed up the current situation of Niuheliang site protection and utilization, found out Chaoyang City in Niuheliang site protection and utilization of the existing problems, and analyze the causes. Thirdly, through the analysis of the successful experiences of Daming Palace, Liangzhu site, Jinsha site and other successful experiences, combining with the actual situation of Chaoyang City to explore the suitable model of Niuheliang site, the paper puts forward the plan of Niuheliang Archaeological site Park. Fourth, put forward the implementation scheme of Niuheliang Archaeological site Park in the system, economy and implementation of safeguards. The research on the protection and utilization of Niuheliang ruins is aimed at providing reference for the construction of the great ruins and the development of cultural industry in Chaoyang City, and also contributing a contribution to the construction of "big cultural ecology" and "four major cultures" advocated by Chaoyang.
