【摘要】：不同地域的人群具有不同的飲食傳統(tǒng)和飲食文化。然而,當(dāng)人們持續(xù)不斷的直接或間接接觸時(shí),一方或雙方原有的飲食文化將會(huì)產(chǎn)生變化,如拓跋鮮卑的飲食文化就經(jīng)歷了從游牧向農(nóng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)變。本文對山西大同東信廣場北魏墓群26例人骨進(jìn)行了C、N穩(wěn)定同位素分析,結(jié)果 (δ~(13)C值為-11.5±2.7‰,n=26;δ~(15)N值為9.8±1.2‰,n=26)顯示,先民的食物類型差異較大,并包含大量的肉食資源。研究表明,以C_3類食物為主的先民主要放牧或狩獵,以C_4類食物為主的先民主要以種植粟、黍等C_4型農(nóng)作物喂養(yǎng)家畜。大同東信廣場北魏墓群人群中兩種不同飲食傳統(tǒng)的存在,顯示游牧民族新的飲食習(xí)慣(以粟作農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品為食)的形成滯后性于北魏政權(quán)的建立,這可能與氣候變冷及他們的排斥有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:People in different regions have different dietary traditions and dietary culture. However, when people continue to contact directly or indirectly, the original diet culture of one or both sides will change, such as the transformation of the dietetic culture from the nomadic to the agriculture. 26 cases of the Northern Wei tombs of Datong, Datong, Shanxi C, N stable isotope analysis, the results (delta ~ (13) C value of -11.5 + 2.7 per thousand, n=26; delta ~ (15) N value 9.8 + 1.2%, n=26) showed that the food types of the ancestors were different and contained a large amount of meat resources. The existence of two different dietary traditions in the Northern Wei tombs of Datong Dongxin square, such as the C_4 type crops, shows that the formation of the new eating habits of the nomadic people (with millet as food) is lagging behind the establishment of the Northern Wei regime, which may be related to the cold climate and their rejection.
