【摘要】：正目次一職官二社會等級三史事叢釋包山楚簡中有一些戰(zhàn)國時代楚國的法律文書,原文篇題有《集箸》、《集箸言》、《受期》、《疏獄》等。文書內(nèi)容十分生動,真實地反映了楚國社會的生活場景。筆者研習(xí)略有所得,列敘于下,敬乞讀者賜教。一職官(一)新官與新造包山楚簡《集箸》云:
[Abstract]:There are some legal documents of Chu in the warring States period. The original texts are entitled "Ji Hsu", "Ji Ba Yan", "the period of suffering", "sparse prison" and so on. The content of the document is very vivid, which truly reflects the life scene of the society of Chu. I study a little income, listed in the following, begging readers to teach. The first official (1) the new official and the newly built Bao Shan Chu bamboo slips (Chushi):
