【摘要】:正2011年3月11日,日本發(fā)生地震,地震引發(fā)海嘯導(dǎo)致大量文物被海水浸泡。海水浸泡后引起文物發(fā)生微生物病害,特別是紙質(zhì)文物。被海水浸泡過數(shù)月的紙質(zhì)文物上均出現(xiàn)了黑色和淡紅色霉斑。本研究的目的在于通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查等方法研究紙張文物上微生物病害發(fā)生的程度。使用直接接種法分離菌種。通過光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察菌種形態(tài)。結(jié)合DNA提取和PCR
[Abstract]:On March 11, 2011, an earthquake struck Japan, triggering a tsunami that led to the immersion of cultural relics in seawater. Seawater immersion caused microbial diseases of cultural relics, especially paper relics. The paper relics soaked in seawater for several months have black and reddish mildew spots. The purpose of this study is to study the degree of microbial diseases on paper relics by field investigation. Direct inoculation was used to isolate bacteria.
