【摘要】：為了揭示慈溪上林湖后司岙窯址晚唐至五代時(shí)期秘色瓷和瓷質(zhì)匣缽之間的關(guān)系,本文運(yùn)用X射線熒光能譜儀(EDXRF)和光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)對(duì)上林湖后司岙窯晚唐五代時(shí)期秘色瓷、粗質(zhì)和瓷質(zhì)匣缽的化學(xué)組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析。初步研究表明:(1)后司岙窯晚唐五代時(shí)期瓷質(zhì)匣缽和粗質(zhì)匣缽的化學(xué)組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)存在差異,即二者所用原料不同,推測(cè)晚唐時(shí)期后司岙窯工已認(rèn)識(shí)到瓷質(zhì)匣缽以及用釉密封裝燒工藝的獨(dú)特作用,開(kāi)始有針對(duì)性地挑選原料用于燒制秘色瓷的瓷質(zhì)匣缽。(2)晚唐時(shí)期瓷質(zhì)匣缽和秘色瓷胎體的化學(xué)組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)基本相近,但五代時(shí)期瓷質(zhì)匣缽和秘色瓷的胎體化學(xué)組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)存在一定的差異。(3)后司岙窯瓷質(zhì)匣缽密封釉與秘色瓷釉的化學(xué)組成差異明顯,且瓷質(zhì)匣缽釉各氧化物含量的波動(dòng)范圍較大,表明其釉料配方與秘色瓷釉料配方不同。推測(cè)古代窯工已認(rèn)識(shí)到匣缽釉僅僅起密封作用,因此僅使用剩余青瓷釉料或隨意配制一些釉料即可,無(wú)需使用固定的釉料配方。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the relationship between the secret porcelain and porcelain sagger from the late Tang Dynasty to the five dynasties period at the Hou Si'ao Kiln site of Shanglin Lake in Cixi, this paper uses X-ray fluorescence Energy Spectrometer (EDXRF) and Optical microscope (OM) to study the secret porcelain in the late Tang Dynasty of Hou Si'ao Kiln of Shanglin Lake. The chemical composition and microstructure of coarse and porcelain saggers were tested and analyzed. A preliminary study shows that the chemical composition and microstructure of the porcelain sagger and the coarse sagger in the late Tang and five dynasties of the Housiao kiln are different, that is, the raw materials used in the two saggers are different. It is speculated that after the late Tang Dynasty, Si'ao kiln workers had realized the unique role of porcelain sagger and glaze sealing and firing technology. Starting from the targeted selection of raw materials for firing porcelain sagger. 2) in the late Tang Dynasty, the chemical composition and microstructure of the porcelain sagger and the secret porcelain matrix were basically similar. However, there were some differences in chemical composition and microstructure between porcelain sagger and secret porcelain in the period of five dynasties.) the chemical composition of sealed glaze of porcelain Sagger and secret porcelain glaze of Hou'ao Kiln was obviously different from that of cryptic porcelain glaze. The variation range of oxide content of ceramic sagger glaze shows that the formula of glaze is different from that of secret porcelain glaze. It is speculated that the ancient kiln workers have realized that the sagger glaze only serves as a seal, so it is only possible to use the surplus celadon glaze or to make some glaze at will, without the need for a fixed glaze formula.
