【摘要】：清末至民國(guó)政府時(shí)期,受西方近代考古學(xué)和文物保護(hù)觀念的影響,中國(guó)現(xiàn)代文物保護(hù)意識(shí)逐漸形成,政府當(dāng)局開(kāi)始以國(guó)家的名義開(kāi)展各項(xiàng)文物保護(hù)工作,全國(guó)性的文物調(diào)查工作也在這一時(shí)期開(kāi)始正式開(kāi)展起來(lái)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)清朝末期、民國(guó)北洋政府時(shí)期、南京政府時(shí)期各個(gè)不同歷史階段文物調(diào)查工作歷程的敘述研究,全面回顧了清末至民國(guó)時(shí)期政府及民間學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體開(kāi)展文物調(diào)查的發(fā)展過(guò)程,梳理出近代中國(guó)文物調(diào)查工作所經(jīng)歷的開(kāi)端、初興、發(fā)展三個(gè)歷史階段,走過(guò)的一個(gè)從無(wú)到有、不斷發(fā)展的過(guò)程。近代中國(guó)文物調(diào)查工作的開(kāi)展,促使政府當(dāng)局在不斷變化的文物保護(hù)形勢(shì)中掌握了主動(dòng),合理規(guī)劃及適時(shí)地制定了相應(yīng)的保護(hù)政策和方針。中國(guó)具有現(xiàn)代意義的文物保護(hù)事業(yè)正是在文物調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)展起來(lái)的,文物調(diào)查工作的開(kāi)展推動(dòng)了近代中國(guó)的文物保護(hù)事業(yè)。
[Abstract]:From the late Qing Dynasty to the period of the Republic of China, influenced by the western modern archaeology and cultural relic protection concept, the modern Chinese cultural relic conservation consciousness gradually formed, and the government authorities began to carry out various cultural relics conservation work in the name of the state. The national cultural relics investigation also began to be formally carried out during this period. This article through the Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China Beiyang government period, Nanjing government period of different historical stages of the history of the investigation of the process of narrative research, This paper comprehensively reviews the development process of the government and non-governmental academic groups carrying out the cultural relic investigation in the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, combing out the beginning of the cultural relic investigation work in modern China, the beginning and development of the three historical stages, which have gone through from nothing to existence. An evolving process. The development of the investigation of cultural relics in modern China urges the government authorities to take the initiative in the constantly changing situation of cultural relic protection, to plan reasonably and to formulate the corresponding protection policies and principles in good time. The cause of cultural relic protection of modern significance in China is carried out on the basis of the investigation of cultural relics, and the work of cultural relic investigation has promoted the cause of cultural relic protection in modern China.
