多功能復(fù)配液應(yīng)用于紙質(zhì)文物保護(hù)

【摘要】:將納米氧化鎂、羥乙基纖維素、聚氧化乙烯和納米二氧化鈦復(fù)配制備具有脫酸、加固和抗菌功能的多功能復(fù)配液,并將其應(yīng)用在紙質(zhì)文物的脫酸和修復(fù)方面。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過復(fù)配液處理后,紙張表面pH值從3.69提升至8.75,堿殘留達(dá)到0.620 mol/kg,紙張抗張強(qiáng)度由421 N/m提升至546 N/m;再經(jīng)熱老化后,紙張表面pH值仍能達(dá)到8.21,堿殘留達(dá)到0.600 mol/kg,抗張強(qiáng)度仍能保持在521 N/m,從而起到了持續(xù)保護(hù)的作用。復(fù)配液處理后的紙張具有一定的抑菌效果,抑菌圈直徑達(dá)到28 mm。
[Abstract]:Nano-magnesium oxide, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyvinyl oxide and nano-TiO _ 2 were mixed to prepare multifunctional compound solution with deacidification, strengthening and antibacterial functions, and it was applied to deacidification and restoration of paper cultural relics. The results showed that the pH value of the paper surface increased from 3.69 to 8.75, the alkali residue reached 0.620 mol / kg, the tensile strength of the paper increased from 42N / m to 546N / m, and after thermal aging, the pH value of the paper surface increased from 3.69 to 8.75, and the alkali residue reached 0.620 mol / kg. The pH value of the paper surface is still 8.21, the alkali residue is 0.600 mol / kg, and the tensile strength can be maintained at 521 N / m, which plays a continuous protective role. The paper treated with the compound solution had a certain bacteriostasis effect, and the diameter of the bacteriostasis circle was 28 mm.
