【摘要】：溫州礬礦是溫州市工業(yè)集團(tuán)下屬的困難企業(yè),員工平均月薪770元,遠(yuǎn)低于溫州市國(guó)有企業(yè)員工平均薪酬水平。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在十八大七常委中外記者見(jiàn)面會(huì)說(shuō)到“人民對(duì)美好生活的向往,是我們的追求目標(biāo)”,鑒于此,如何讓“幸福溫州”-“幸福工投”的建設(shè)成果惠及困難企業(yè)員工,則是我們追求的目標(biāo)。力學(xué)力行,以學(xué)促行,是學(xué)習(xí)的目的,所以筆者選取溫州的一家困難成員企業(yè)-溫州礬礦作為研究標(biāo)的,旨在通過(guò)對(duì)礬礦工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游的開(kāi)發(fā),來(lái)提升溫州礬礦的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,進(jìn)而使得溫州礬礦職工能夠分享“幸福工投”的建設(shè)紅利,提高職工生活水平,此亦撰文意義所在。 全文一共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。 第一章為緒論部分,指出了論文的研究背景與研究意義,介紹了相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外專家、學(xué)者的在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游方面的研究成果,并對(duì)文章的研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和研究技術(shù)路線進(jìn)行了闡述。 第二章為文章理論基礎(chǔ)部分。介紹了工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游、礦業(yè)遺產(chǎn)、工業(yè)旅游等相關(guān)概念和工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)所涉及的基礎(chǔ)理論,主要包括成本-效益理論、工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用理論、旅游系統(tǒng)理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、旅游文化學(xué)理論、旅游市場(chǎng)學(xué)理論。 第三、四章為主體部分。第三章主要介紹了我國(guó)的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游發(fā)展概況,包括我國(guó)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游地域分布、我國(guó)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)中的問(wèn)題等,從溫州礬礦的歷史、溫州礬礦的現(xiàn)狀、溫州礬礦工業(yè)遺址旅游開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀三個(gè)方面分析了溫州礬礦工業(yè)遺址的歷史形成。接著在第四章中,用態(tài)勢(shì)分析法(SWOT)對(duì)溫州礬礦的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游進(jìn)行了研究。 第五章主根據(jù)筆者的多次實(shí)地考察和手頭上收集到的相關(guān)資料,參照《旅游資源分類調(diào)查與評(píng)價(jià)》(國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T18792-2003)、《旅游景區(qū)質(zhì)量等級(jí)的劃分與評(píng)定》(國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T17775-2003),分別對(duì)溫州礬礦旅游資源實(shí)體和開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一定的開(kāi)發(fā)建議。 第六章主要針對(duì)以上分析研究,并結(jié)合溫州礬礦的實(shí)際和工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游自身特點(diǎn),在對(duì)溫州礬礦旅游資源實(shí)體和開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)溫州礬礦的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)提出了策略性建議和適合溫州礬礦發(fā)展的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式,以促進(jìn)溫州礬礦工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開(kāi)發(fā),進(jìn)而促使企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。 研究結(jié)論概括全文,指出溫州礬礦發(fā)展遺產(chǎn)旅游的問(wèn)題及解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Wenzhou Alum Mine is a difficult enterprise of Wenzhou Industrial Group. The average monthly salary of employees is 770 yuan, which is far lower than the average salary level of employees in Wenzhou state-owned enterprises. General Secretary Xi Jinping said at the meeting of Chinese and foreign journalists of the Seventh standing Committee of the 18th National Congress that "the people's yearning for a better life is our pursuit goal." in view of this, How to make "happiness Wenzhou"-"happiness project" construction achievements to benefit the employees in difficult enterprises, is the goal we pursue. The purpose of learning is to practice mechanics and promote practice by learning. Therefore, the author chooses Wenzhou alum mine, a difficult member enterprise in Wenzhou, as the research object, in order to promote the core competitiveness of Wenzhou alum ore through the development of industrial heritage tourism of alum ore. So that Wenzhou alum mining workers can share the construction dividend of "happy labor investment", improve the living standard of workers, this is also the significance of the article. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which points out the research background and significance of the thesis, introduces the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in industrial heritage tourism, and the research content and research methods of the article. Innovation points and research technology route are expounded. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the article. This paper introduces the related concepts of industrial heritage tourism, mining heritage, industrial tourism, and the basic theories of industrial heritage tourism development, including cost-benefit theory, industrial heritage protection and utilization theory, tourism system theory, etc. Sustainable development theory, tourism culture theory, tourism market theory. The third and fourth chapters are the main part. The third chapter mainly introduces the development of industrial heritage tourism in China, including the regional distribution of industrial heritage tourism in China, the problems in the development of industrial heritage tourism in China, the history of Wenzhou alum ore, and the present situation of Wenzhou alum mine. This paper analyzes the historical formation of Wenzhou alum industrial site from three aspects: the present situation of tourism development of Wenzhou alum industrial site. Then in the fourth chapter, the industrial heritage tourism of Wenzhou alum ore is studied by situation analysis method (SWOT). The fifth chapter is mainly based on the author's many field visits and relevant information collected on hand. With reference to "Classification and Evaluation of Tourism Resources" (GB / T18792-2003N) (National Standard GB/ T18792-2003N), "Classification and Evaluation of tourist Scenic spot quality" (GB / T17775-2003), this paper evaluates the entity of tourist resources and the present situation of exploitation of Wenzhou alum ore, respectively. On this basis, some development suggestions are put forward. The sixth chapter mainly aims at the above analysis research, and combines the Wenzhou alum mineral actual and the industrial heritage tourism own characteristic, carries on the appraisal to the Wenzhou alum mineral tourism resources entity and the development present situation on the basis of, In order to promote the development of industrial heritage tourism of Wenzhou alum mine and promote the transformation and development of enterprises, the strategic suggestions and the industrial heritage tourism development model suitable for the development of Wenzhou alum mine are put forward in this paper. The research conclusion summarizes the full text, and points out the problems and countermeasures of developing heritage tourism in Wenzhou alum mine.
