【摘要】：利用金相顯微鏡和掃描電鏡對重慶市云陽縣舊縣坪遺址出土的冶銅遺物進行檢測分析,可知這些樣品包括中等品位的冰銅、白冰銅,冰銅渣、高鐵還原渣、鐵鈮合金、金屬銅產(chǎn)品、銅錫二元合金青銅。這些多種形式的樣品中,并沒有典型的冶煉渣,樣品中還有小塊的鑄范殘片,因此,這些樣品反映出遺址包含了與處理冰銅產(chǎn)品、配制青銅合金及鑄造相關(guān)的活動跡象。關(guān)于漢代的中等品位冰銅的報道,目前還沒有先例,樣品所代表的工藝,反映出這一時期硫化礦冶銅的工藝水平,對于研究中國冶金發(fā)展的歷史具有十分重要的意義,同時,也為這一地區(qū)各遺址和墓葬以及出土遺物的綜合研究提出了新的課題。
[Abstract]:The metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to detect and analyze the copper metallurgical relics unearthed from Jiuxianping site, Yunyang County, Chongqing Municipality. The results show that these samples include medium grade matte, white ice copper, matte slag, high iron reduction slag and iron niobium alloy. Metal copper products, copper tin binary alloy bronze. There is no typical slag in these samples, and there are small pieces of cast residue in the samples. Therefore, these samples reflect that the site contains signs of activity related to the treatment of matte products, the preparation of bronze alloys, and casting. There is no precedent for the report on medium grade matte in the Han Dynasty. The process represented by the sample reflects the technological level of copper sulphide in this period. It is of great significance to study the history of metallurgical development in China, and at the same time, It also presents a new subject for the comprehensive study of sites, tombs and unearthed relics in this area.
