鹽水比對壁畫酥堿病害產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展速率的影響

【摘要】:目的通過一種無損檢測方法研究鹽水比對壁畫酥堿病害產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展速率的影響。方法采用9種鹽水質(zhì)量比(鹽水比)制作模擬酥堿病害壁畫試塊,在恒濕恒溫箱中進(jìn)行干濕循環(huán)試驗(yàn)后,用Matlab軟件和自編程序?qū)Ω餮h(huán)周期后樣品數(shù)碼照片進(jìn)行分析,獲得樣品表面高度的三維分布圖和量化數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果在所研究的時(shí)間范圍內(nèi),鹽水比為1:10時(shí),樣品未出現(xiàn)明顯的酥堿病害;鹽水比為2:10和3:10時(shí),模擬出類似于敦煌莫高窟壁畫酥堿現(xiàn)象;鹽水比為4:10、5:10、6:10、9:10、11:10和13:10時(shí),顏料層出現(xiàn)裂縫、起翹,后地仗層、顏料層整體脫落。結(jié)論壁畫酥堿病害發(fā)展速率呈階段性,鹽水比越大,壁畫酥堿病害的破壞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越大,發(fā)展越快。病害發(fā)展形貌與軟件處理相結(jié)合的方法可獲得樣品酥堿病害發(fā)展模型和速率,是一種無損、可量化的評價(jià)方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of brine ratio on the occurrence and development rate of mural pasteurine disease by a nondestructive testing method. Methods 9 kinds of brine mass ratio (brine ratio) were used to make the mural samples of simulated pasteurization diseases. After dry-wet cycle tests were carried out in the constant humidity incubator, the digital photos of samples after each cycle were analyzed by Matlab software and self-compiled program. Three dimensional distribution and quantitative data of the surface height of the sample were obtained. Results within the time range studied, there was no obvious pasteurization disease in the samples when the brine ratio was 1:10; the brine ratio was 2:10 and 3:10, and the alkali-like phenomena similar to those in Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes were simulated; the brine ratio was 4: 10, 5: 10, 10: 10, 9: 10, 10: 10, and 3:10, the paint layer appeared cracks. Warp, hind layer, pigment layer as a whole fall off. Conclusion the development rate of mural pasteine disease is phased. The larger the brine ratio, the greater the damage risk and the faster the development of mural pasteine disease. The development model and rate of samples can be obtained by combining the morphology of disease development with software processing. It is a non-destructive and quantifiable evaluation method.
