【摘要】： 長(zhǎng)城是中國(guó)古代一項(xiàng)極其雄偉的軍事防御工程,是祖先留給我們的特大型文化遺產(chǎn)。陜北地區(qū)秦漢長(zhǎng)城是我國(guó)長(zhǎng)城的重要組成部分,該條長(zhǎng)城始修于戰(zhàn)國(guó)秦昭王時(shí)期,歷經(jīng)秦始皇時(shí)期、漢代的修繕及再利用,具有豐富的歷史文化內(nèi)涵。 本文作者于2009年參與了陜西省早期長(zhǎng)城調(diào)查工作,經(jīng)過調(diào)查核實(shí)該條長(zhǎng)城在陜北地區(qū)由東北向西南依次經(jīng)過神木縣、榆陽區(qū)、橫山縣、靖邊縣、志丹縣和吳起縣,長(zhǎng)約500余公里。本文首先對(duì)陜北地區(qū)秦漢長(zhǎng)城的地理位置及區(qū)域環(huán)境做了詳細(xì)的介紹,對(duì)長(zhǎng)城的破壞因素進(jìn)行了分析,指出人為破壞是威脅長(zhǎng)城安全的主要因素。其次通過對(duì)陜北地區(qū)秦漢長(zhǎng)城保護(hù)管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,指出了當(dāng)前管理狀態(tài)下存在的主要問題,并總結(jié)出在我國(guó)當(dāng)前文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)管理體制下,做好長(zhǎng)城的保護(hù)工作必須從政府、專業(yè)保護(hù)管理機(jī)構(gòu)和群眾保護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)三個(gè)層次完善長(zhǎng)城保護(hù)體系。最后在對(duì)英國(guó)哈德良長(zhǎng)城成功保護(hù)案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)陜北地區(qū)秦漢長(zhǎng)城整體保護(hù)管理的一些對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The Great Wall is an extraordinary military defense project in ancient China. It is a huge cultural heritage left by our ancestors.The Great Wall in Northern Shaanxi is an important part of the Great Wall in China. The the Great Wall was built in the warring States period. After Qin Shihuang's period, the restoration and reuse of the Great Wall in Han Dynasty has rich historical and cultural connotations.The author took part in the investigation of the Great Wall in early Shaanxi Province in 2009. The investigation verified that the the Great Wall passed through Shenmu County, Yuyang District, Hengshan County, Jingbian County, Zhidan County and Wuqi County from northeast to southwest of Shaanxi Province.It is about 500 kilometers long.In this paper, the geographical location and regional environment of the Great Wall in Northern Shaanxi are introduced in detail, and the destructive factors of the Great Wall are analyzed. It is pointed out that man-made destruction is the main factor threatening the safety of the Great Wall.Secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of the Great Wall protection and management in Northern Shaanxi, this paper points out the main problems existing in the current management state, and concludes that under the current management system of cultural heritage protection in our country, the protection work of the Great Wall must be done from the government.Professional protection management agencies and mass protection network three levels to improve the the Great Wall protection system.Finally, based on the analysis of the successful protection case of the Great Wall in England, some countermeasures are put forward to realize the overall protection management of the Great Wall in Northern Shaanxi.
