甘青地區(qū)新獲早期銅器及冶銅遺物的分析研究

【摘要】: 在中國,學(xué)術(shù)界一般把早于商代的冶金活動歸為早期冶金活動,這期間遺留下來的冶金遺物即為早期冶金遺物。就中國現(xiàn)有的考古發(fā)現(xiàn)而言,早期冶金遺物主要是早期銅器和冶銅爐渣。研究這些早期銅器和冶銅爐渣,對探討中國冶金術(shù)的起源及早期青銅時(shí)代中西方文化交流等都具有重要意義。 甘青地區(qū)以其特殊的地理位置和大量出土的早期冶金遺物,在中國早期冶金研究中占有重要的地位。本文對來自甘青地區(qū)的宗日、尕馬臺、陳旗磨溝、火燒溝和黑水國等5個(gè)遺址的45件最新獲得的早期銅器及冶銅遺物進(jìn)行了科學(xué)分析研究,結(jié)果表明:紅銅、青銅等多種銅質(zhì)并存和有部分銅器含砷是甘青地區(qū)早期銅器的兩大特點(diǎn);鑄造和熱鍛工藝并存應(yīng)該是齊家文化銅器制作工藝的一個(gè)顯著特征;黑水國南城冶煉遺址的發(fā)現(xiàn)表明中國西北地區(qū)在早期青銅時(shí)代已有冶銅活動存在。 先后在宗日遺址、尕馬臺墓地和陳旗磨溝遺址發(fā)現(xiàn)齊家文化砷銅器,是本文研究工作最突出的一項(xiàng)發(fā)現(xiàn),尤其是宗日遺址的砷銅是迄今在中國西北地區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)的年代最早的砷銅,其意義重大。這一發(fā)現(xiàn)不僅將改變對齊家文化冶銅技術(shù)的演進(jìn)歷程的現(xiàn)有認(rèn)識,而且將提供一個(gè)新的角度,來重新審視齊家文化和四壩文化在冶銅技術(shù)上的聯(lián)系或相互影響,從而推進(jìn)對中國西北地區(qū)冶金起源和早期發(fā)展的研究。
[Abstract]:In China, the academic circles generally classified the metallurgical activities earlier than Shang Dynasty as early metallurgical activities, and the metallurgical relics left over during this period were called early metallurgical relics.As far as the archaeological discoveries in China are concerned, the early metallurgical relics are mainly early copper vessels and metallurgical slag.It is of great significance to investigate the origin of Chinese metallurgical technology and the cultural exchange between China and the West in the early Bronze Age.Ganqing area plays an important role in early metallurgical research in China because of its special geographical location and a large number of early metallurgical relics unearthed.In this paper, 45 newly acquired early copper vessels and copper relics from five sites, such as Zongri, Gama Tai, Chen Qi Mogou, Huazhao ditch and Kishui State, were scientifically analyzed and studied. The results show that: red copper,The coexistence of bronze and other copper materials and the presence of arsenic in some copper objects are two major characteristics of early copper ware in Ganqing area, and the coexistence of casting and hot forging techniques should be a prominent feature of the bronze making process in Qijia culture.The discovery of Nancheng smelting site in Blackwater indicates that copper smelting existed in the early Bronze Age in northwest China.The discovery of arsenic and copper in Qijia culture at Zongri site, Gama Tai cemetery and Chenqi Mogou site is one of the most prominent findings in this paper, especially that the arsenic and copper of Zongri site is the earliest arsenic copper found in northwest China so far.It is of great significance.This discovery will not only change the existing understanding of the evolution of copper smelting technology in Qijia culture, but also provide a new perspective to re-examine the connection or mutual influence of Qijia culture and Siba culture on copper smelting technology.So as to promote the study of the origin and early development of metallurgy in Northwest China.
