【摘要】：本文詳細(xì)描述了中國(guó)鐵道博物館館藏的兩張滿鐵株券,從滿鐵機(jī)構(gòu)的成立及股票發(fā)行的背景,對(duì)兩張株券發(fā)行的年代和股票性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致考證,同時(shí)從股票收益分配的角度進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)滿鐵這個(gè)侵略機(jī)構(gòu)的性質(zhì)給予界定,突出了這兩張株券的收藏價(jià)值和紀(jì)念意義。
[Abstract]:This paper describes in detail two full iron coupons collected by the China Railway Museum. From the background of the establishment of the Manchu Iron Institute and the stock issue, the paper makes a detailed textual research on the issue age and the nature of the stock.At the same time, from the perspective of the distribution of stock income, this paper defines the nature of the invading institution, and highlights the collection value and commemorative significance of the two vouchers.
