【摘要】： 近年來,隨著工業(yè)經(jīng)濟的興起,生態(tài)環(huán)境遭到嚴(yán)重破壞,文物古跡受到難以復(fù)原的損害。歷史古城鎮(zhèn)具有歷史古跡和小城鎮(zhèn)的雙重身份,其主要木質(zhì)或石質(zhì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)成。隨著古城鎮(zhèn)旅游的興起,文物古跡遭到不同程度的損壞,尤其是在酸雨、降塵及其他腐蝕性氣體的侵蝕下,許多文物古跡面目全非；古城鎮(zhèn)水體在旅游開發(fā)過程中遭到污染,這不僅破壞古城鎮(zhèn)水生生態(tài)環(huán)境,也影響了旅游者的興致；旅游垃圾成為古城鎮(zhèn)的另一個污染源,由于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施相對于旅游開發(fā)的滯后,垃圾處理量與產(chǎn)生量之間的矛盾日益突出；古城鎮(zhèn)沿街商販及娛樂設(shè)施噪聲擾民現(xiàn)象屢屢發(fā)生,規(guī)范商戶經(jīng)營行為,打造清靜古城迫在眉睫。要從根本上保護古城鎮(zhèn)及文物古跡,就要控制污染,改善其環(huán)境質(zhì)量,制定一個完整古城鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境保護系統(tǒng)。 由于污染源分布、種類、強度和性質(zhì)不同,也由于古城鎮(zhèn)建筑和文物古跡的構(gòu)造、材質(zhì)不同,故污染對歷史古城鎮(zhèn)的破壞機理也不同。本文針對古城鎮(zhèn)建筑及古跡特點,詳細論述了污染物對它的破壞機理,并根據(jù)污染源的特點,從環(huán)境管理和污染物治理兩個方面制定了古城鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境保護體系并提出了《古城鎮(zhèn)文物保護區(qū)環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。 本文調(diào)查了閬中古城的污染源狀況、文物古跡保護現(xiàn)狀,并針對性的將古城鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境保護體系應(yīng)用到古城環(huán)境保護工作中去,從環(huán)境管理和控制污染兩個角度為閬中古城環(huán)境保護發(fā)展提供建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of industrial economy, the ecological environment has been seriously damaged, and the cultural relics and monuments have been damaged. With the rise of tourism in ancient cities and towns, cultural relics and monuments were damaged to varying degrees, especially under the erosion of acid rain, dust and other corrosive gases, many cultural relics and monuments were completely different from each other; Water bodies in ancient towns were polluted in the course of tourism development, which not only damaged the aquatic ecological environment of ancient towns, but also affected the interests of tourists. Tourism garbage became another source of pollution in ancient towns. Because the infrastructure is lagging behind the tourism development, the contradiction between the amount of garbage disposal and the amount of production is becoming increasingly prominent, and the phenomenon of noise and disturbance of the people in the street vendors and entertainment facilities in ancient cities and towns occurs frequently, standardizing the business behavior of merchants. It is urgent to build a quiet ancient city. In order to protect ancient towns and cultural relics fundamentally, we must control pollution, improve its environmental quality, and formulate a complete environmental protection system of ancient towns. Because of the different distribution, species, intensity and nature of the pollution sources, and because of the different structures and materials of the buildings and cultural relics in ancient towns, the damage mechanism of the pollution to the historic towns is also different. This paper aims at the characteristics of the buildings and historic sites in the ancient towns. The damage mechanism of pollutants to it is discussed in detail. According to the characteristics of pollution sources, the environmental protection system of ancient towns is established from the aspects of environmental management and pollution control, and the recommended standard of environmental air quality in ancient town heritage reserves is put forward. In this paper, the pollution sources of Langzhong ancient city and the status of cultural relics and historic sites protection are investigated, and the environmental protection system of ancient towns is applied to the environmental protection work of ancient cities and towns. Suggestions for environmental protection and development of Langzhong ancient city are provided from two aspects of environmental management and pollution control.
