【摘要】：河西出土的漢簡(jiǎn)中有大量有關(guān)居民飲食生活的記載,真實(shí)地反映了漢代河西居民的飲食文化,對(duì)研究漢代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)有重要意義。
[Abstract]:There are a lot of records about the diet life of the residents in the Han bamboo slips unearthed in Hexi, which truly reflect the diet culture of Hexi residents in the Han Dynasty, which is of great significance to the study of the economy and society of the Han Dynasty.
