【摘要】：中國有大約4000年的磚瓦生產(chǎn)歷史。在中國古代磚瓦中,青灰色磚瓦始終是主流,而青灰色磚瓦的生產(chǎn),離不開從窯頂向窯內(nèi)滲水的技術(shù),即"澆水轉(zhuǎn)釉"技術(shù)。從考古發(fā)現(xiàn)來看,至遲在戰(zhàn)國時代,我國就已掌握了這種技術(shù),而其起源必定更早。然而,澆水轉(zhuǎn)釉技術(shù)有其難以克服的缺陷,單獨使用該技術(shù),磚瓦的質(zhì)量難以保障。我國古代先民在生產(chǎn)實踐中早已意識到這一問題,并輔助以從煙囪或窯壁向窯內(nèi)注水等措施來加以解決。而這種從窯頂滲水與從煙囪或窯壁注水相結(jié)合的工藝,從其出現(xiàn)之日起,在我國磚瓦生產(chǎn)中一直應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:China has a history of about 4,000 years of brick and tile production. In ancient China, green brick and tile has always been the mainstream, and the production of green grey brick and tile cannot be separated from the top of the kiln to the infiltration of water in the kiln. That is, the technology of "watering and glazing". From the archaeological findings, our country has mastered this technology by the warring States period at the latest, and its origin must have been even earlier. However, the technology of watering and glazing has its insuperable defects and has been used alone. The quality of brick and tile is difficult to guarantee. The ancient Chinese people realized this problem in production practice. The process of water seepage from the top of the kiln and water injection from the chimney or the kiln wall has been used in the production of brick and tile in our country since the date of its appearance.
