【摘要】：本文通過對甘肅張掖西城驛遺址2010年發(fā)掘時采集的系列樣品進行浮選,對浮選所獲豐富的炭化植物種子和麥類作物穗軸進行鑒定、統(tǒng)計和分析。結(jié)果表明,炭化種子以谷物類為主。各類谷物的比例和出土概率反映該遺址在西城驛文化和四壩文化階段是從事以粟黍為主的小米類農(nóng)業(yè),在西城驛文化偏晚階段開始利用以小麥為主的麥類作物,在四壩文化時期發(fā)展成種植粟黍為主、麥類作物為輔的農(nóng)業(yè)模式。遺址的加工模式可能包括脫粒-揚場的加工階段。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a series of samples collected during the excavation of Xichengyi site in Zhangye, Gansu Province on 2010, were floated to identify the abundant seeds of carbonized plants and the spikes of wheat crops obtained by flotation, and the results showed that, The proportion and unearthed probability of all kinds of grains showed that the site was engaged in millet agriculture in the stage of Xicheng Yi culture and Siba culture. In the late stage of Xicheng Yi culture, wheat crops were used, and in Siba culture period, millet millet was mainly planted and wheat crops were supplemented. The processing model of the site might include threshing and raising field processing stage.
