【摘要】：商周時(shí)期中原地區(qū)的青銅圓鼎大多以三合范鑄造,而禮縣出土的三件春秋型秦式鼎特征鮮明,皆使用雙合范渾鑄成形。只有通過使用分體模和嵌范技術(shù)才能保證這種工藝得以實(shí)施。文章嘗試將史前石器的研究范式用于青銅器研究;對器表能夠反映古人特定技術(shù)行為和思維方式的工藝痕跡,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)觀察和痕跡分析;進(jìn)而展開相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)考古學(xué)研究,對所作分析進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充和驗(yàn)證,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)考古這個(gè)直觀的認(rèn)知過程,將器物上的靜態(tài)信息轉(zhuǎn)化為動(dòng)態(tài)的歷史圖景,揭示秦國鑄工的生產(chǎn)方式和工藝思想。
[Abstract]:Most of the bronze round tripod in the Central Plains of Shang and Zhou dynasties were cast in Sanhe Fan, while the three Qin Shiding unearthed in Li County had distinct characteristics. It can only be carried out through the use of split die and embedded model technology. This paper attempts to apply the research paradigm of prehistoric stone tools to the study of bronze ware. The paper makes systematic observation and trace analysis on the craft traces which can reflect the specific technological behavior and thinking mode of the ancients, and then carries out related experimental archaeological research to supplement and verify the analysis. Through the intuitive cognitive process of experimental archaeology, the static information on the objects is transformed into a dynamic historical picture, and the mode of production and the technological thought of the casting workers in the Qin state are revealed.
