【摘要】： 本文以歷史學(xué)、遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃學(xué)等學(xué)科理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)無(wú)錫近現(xiàn)代工業(yè)史、工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀及保護(hù)工作進(jìn)行了研究,以嘗試探討工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)對(duì)于城市發(fā)展的重要意義及遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用的系統(tǒng)方法。 本文首先通過(guò)無(wú)錫近現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史背景考察,表明無(wú)錫是中國(guó)近代民族資本主義工商業(yè)的搖籃,同時(shí)是中國(guó)近代以面粉、棉紡織、繅絲為核心的民族輕紡工業(yè)的發(fā)源地,對(duì)于江南乃至全國(guó)都有一定的影響力,在中國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展史上具有重要的歷史意義,其工業(yè)遺存具有重要的歷史價(jià)值。 對(duì)無(wú)錫現(xiàn)有工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的類型構(gòu)成、特征分析與價(jià)值構(gòu)成加以概述,突出無(wú)錫工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的量大面廣,從價(jià)值構(gòu)成角度特別強(qiáng)調(diào)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)對(duì)于城市發(fā)展的重要意義。 以無(wú)錫市第一批、第二批工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)名錄為基準(zhǔn),進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,對(duì)名錄內(nèi)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的基本情況進(jìn)行梳理,歸納無(wú)錫工業(yè)保護(hù)措施與保護(hù)再利用的模式,探討在此基礎(chǔ)上的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游。 最后,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外已有經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)無(wú)錫工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工作提出改良性建議,對(duì)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)主體、保護(hù)再利用模式和遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)資金來(lái)源加以拓展,提出切實(shí)可行的實(shí)施對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Based on the theories of history, heritage conservation and urban planning, this paper studies the modern industrial history, the present situation of industrial heritage and the protection of Wuxi. This paper attempts to explore the importance of industrial heritage protection for urban development and the systematic method of heritage protection and utilization. This article first through the Wuxi modern industrial development historical background inspection, indicated that Wuxi is the Chinese modern national capitalist industry and commerce cradle, simultaneously is the Chinese modern times with the flour, the cotton textile, The origin of the national light textile industry with reeling as the core has a certain influence on the south of the Yangtze River and even the whole country. It has important historical significance in the history of China's industrial development, and its industrial remains have important historical value. This paper summarizes the types, characteristic analysis and value composition of Wuxi's existing industrial heritage, highlighting the great quantity and wide range of Wuxi's industrial heritage, and especially emphasizes the importance of industrial heritage protection for urban development from the angle of value composition. Taking the first batch and the second batch of industrial heritage protection list of Wuxi as the benchmark, the paper carries out field investigation, combs the basic situation of industrial heritage in the list, and summarizes the measures of industrial protection and the mode of protection and reuse in Wuxi. This paper discusses the industrial heritage tourism on this basis. Finally, based on the domestic and foreign experience, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the protection of industrial heritage in Wuxi, extends the main body of heritage protection, the mode of protection and reuse, and the source of funds for heritage protection, and puts forward practical and feasible countermeasures.
