中國(guó)古代生鐵冶煉爐壁材料體系芻議

【摘要】:中國(guó)古代發(fā)達(dá)的制鐵技術(shù)以生鐵與生鐵制鋼技術(shù)體系為核心,是中國(guó)古代高溫技術(shù)的巔峰。爐壁材料是冶金生產(chǎn)可耐高溫的耐火材料,是制鐵技術(shù)得以發(fā)生和發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)保障。研究通過整理古文獻(xiàn)和考古材料,總結(jié)出中國(guó)古代生鐵冶煉爐壁材料的發(fā)展歷程,在此基礎(chǔ)上認(rèn)為中國(guó)古代生鐵冶煉形成了兩種爐壁材料體系,這兩個(gè)體系的爐壁材料在時(shí)代分布上有較為明顯的特色,戰(zhàn)國(guó)兩漢時(shí)期以單一黏土質(zhì)材料為主,唐宋至明時(shí)期以石質(zhì)爐體與砂泥質(zhì)爐襯二元結(jié)構(gòu)為主,有后來居上的趨勢(shì)。研究認(rèn)為,爐壁材料體系的流變與古代冶金、陶瓷手工業(yè)的關(guān)系變化存在一定的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:The developed iron making technology in ancient China, with pig iron and pig iron as the core, is the peak of the ancient high temperature technology in China. The furnace wall material is the refractory material which can withstand high temperature in metallurgical production. It is an important material guarantee for the occurrence and development of iron making technology. Through sorting out ancient documents and archaeological materials, the paper summarizes the development course of furnace wall materials for pig iron smelting in ancient China. On this basis, it is considered that two kinds of furnace wall material systems were formed in ancient Chinese pig iron smelting, and the furnace wall materials of these two systems had obvious characteristics in the distribution of the times. In the warring States and Han dynasties, the single clay material was the main material. During the period from Tang and Song dynasties to Ming Dynasty, the binary structure of stone furnace and sand and mud lining was the main one, which was regarded as the trend of surpassing the former. It was considered that the rheology of furnace wall material system was related to the changes of ancient metallurgy and ceramic handicraft industry.
