【摘要】：建國初期為有效遏制珍貴文物散失損毀現(xiàn)象,國家頒布系列文物保護(hù)政令、條例并通令執(zhí)行。流散文物1的收購是國家文物保護(hù)工作的重要內(nèi)容之一。建國后17年,政府財(cái)政收入尚不充裕,但國家仍每年動用資金收購重要文物,并及時(shí)將其移交至相關(guān)部門,使"私有之物"成為"公有之器",流散文物得到妥善安置。浙江省對"吳熙檔案"的收購可為佐證。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, in order to effectively curb the loss and destruction of precious cultural relics, the state promulgated a series of decrees on the protection of cultural relics, regulations and regulations were carried out. The acquisition of scattered cultural relics is one of the important contents of the national cultural relic protection work. The government does not have sufficient revenue, but the state still spends money every year to purchase important cultural relics and hand them over to relevant departments in a timely manner. So that "private objects" become "public objects", scattered cultural relics are properly placed. Zhejiang Province's purchase of "Wu Xi file" can be corroborated.
