改性天然材料對(duì)紙質(zhì)文物保護(hù)的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:紙質(zhì)文物見(jiàn)證和記載了人類社會(huì)文明的進(jìn)步,受時(shí)間流逝及惡劣環(huán)境的影響普遍保存狀況不容樂(lè)觀。本文以古代造紙方法抄造并經(jīng)加速老化模擬自然老化下的紙張為應(yīng)用試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,分別研究制備了一種與紙張纖維相容性優(yōu)異的天然高分子材料醋酸丁酸纖維素、淀粉為主,交聯(lián)劑、納米材料為輔的加固保護(hù)膠液。 在深入分析研究紙質(zhì)文物損害機(jī)理和現(xiàn)有保護(hù)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合紙質(zhì)文物的保存現(xiàn)狀及文物修復(fù)要求,采用一種化學(xué)合成方法,將與紙張纖維相容性好,但老化性、柔韌性、粘附力等紙張保護(hù)所需必要性能欠佳的天然材料纖維素、淀粉等進(jìn)行改性處理,制備天然高分子的改性材料,綜合利用了天然高分子材料的各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn),又兼具小分子單體良好的機(jī)械、化學(xué)等性能。紙質(zhì)文物的主要強(qiáng)度支撐是天然纖維,與天然高分子材料有很好的兼容性、親和力,采用天然高分子材料為膠液主料在加固保護(hù)過(guò)程中可避免出現(xiàn)材料的互斥,同時(shí)天然高分子由于原料來(lái)源于動(dòng)植物等天然再生資源,更具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展的意義。 通過(guò)對(duì)模擬文物紙樣抗張強(qiáng)度、耐折度、色差值、干熱老化、油墨顏料等性能測(cè)試以及掃描電鏡、紅外、紫外儀器分析,證實(shí)制備的紙質(zhì)文物保護(hù)膠液兼有物理修復(fù)和化學(xué)保護(hù)的效果,膠液能夠滲透到紙張內(nèi)部,對(duì)紙張纖維起到包附增粗和空隙填充的作用,提高了紙張的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,并使紙張保持原有的光澤度,質(zhì)感,柔韌性,可彎曲性,從纖維增粗、脆化加固、粉化固結(jié)、交聯(lián)增強(qiáng)等多方面、多功能地對(duì)紙質(zhì)文物進(jìn)行加固保護(hù),滿足了文物保護(hù)“修舊如舊,保持原貌”等各項(xiàng)要求。
[Abstract]:The paper cultural relics witnessed and recorded the progress of human civilization, Under the influence of time lapse and bad environment, the general preservation condition is not optimistic. In this paper, paper made by the ancient papermaking method and simulated by accelerated aging under natural aging is used as the experimental object. A kind of natural polymer material with excellent compatibility with paper fiber, cellulose acetate, starch, crosslinking agent and nano-material, was prepared. On the basis of deep analysis and research on the damage mechanism and existing protection methods of paper cultural relics, combined with the present situation of paper cultural relics preservation and the requirements of cultural relic restoration, a chemical synthesis method is adopted, which will have good compatibility with paper fiber, but aging property. Natural materials such as cellulose and starch, which are necessary for the protection of paper such as flexibility and adhesion, are modified and treated to prepare the modified materials of natural polymers, which make comprehensive use of the respective advantages of natural polymer materials. It also has good mechanical and chemical properties of small molecular monomers. The main strength support of paper cultural relics is natural fibers, which have good compatibility and affinity with natural polymer materials. In the process of strengthening and protecting natural polymer materials, the mutual exclusion of materials can be avoided. At the same time, natural polymers have the significance of sustainable development because their raw materials come from natural renewable resources such as animals and plants. The tensile strength, folding resistance, color difference, dry heat aging, ink pigments and other properties of simulated cultural relic pattern were tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscope, infrared and ultraviolet instrument. It is proved that the prepared paper cultural relic protection glue has the effects of both physical and chemical protection. The glue can penetrate into the paper, play the role of thickening the paper fiber and filling the void, and improve the mechanical strength of the paper. And keep the original gloss, texture, flexibility, flexibility, bending, from fiber thickening, embrittlement reinforcement, powdering consolidation, cross-linking and other aspects, multi-purpose to strengthen and protect paper cultural relics, To meet the protection of cultural relics, "repair as old, to maintain the original" and other requirements.
