【摘要】：正水碾是一種以水流做動力的加工工具。貴州是一個多雨、多水道的地區(qū),為水碾加工提供了頗為有利的條件,至今不少農(nóng)村仍在使用。但是貴州民國之前的文獻(xiàn)中鮮有關(guān)于水碾的記載,學(xué)界多采用田野調(diào)查資料。筆者查閱在民國年間貴州地方志資料時,在陳文榮等編纂《(貴州平壩)黔南陳氏族譜》(貴陽文通書局,1931年12月)第4冊《雜志編·藝文類》中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一篇名為《龍井河水碾記》[1]的短文。全文如下:
[Abstract]:Normal water milling is a processing tool powered by water flow. Guizhou is a rainy and waterway area, which provides quite favorable conditions for water milling. Up to now, many rural areas are still in use. However, there are few records of water milling in the literature before the Republic of Guizhou, and scholars mostly use field survey materials. When the author consulted the local chronicles of Guizhou during the period of the Republic of China, In the compilation of Chen's Genealogy of Southern Guizhou (Pingba, Guizhou Province) by Chen Wenrong and others (Guiyang Wentong Book Company, December 1931), a short article entitled "Longjing River Rolling Notes" [1] was found in the fourth volume of "Journal Editors 路articles of Art".
